The person helping me today, she was not very nice, and wouldn't share her name when I asked for it...
Herlinda L.

thank you to the owner for clarifying! I changed my review to 5 stars. Hope this information helps other people visiting your farm. We will definitely be going back! Strawberries are great but service is not so great.... I called over a week ago to make reservations for u-pick strawberries and on the phone I was told that it is $5 entrance fee and can pay $15 for a bucket to take strawberries home. I asked if we can eat strawberries with the $5 entrance fee and she said yes and if we wanted to get the bucket after they might even deduct the entrance fee. She was very polite and nice. Today when I went in to pick, the girl helping me said we could not eat strawberries with the $5 entrance fee and only those who buy bucket can eat strawberries, and the $5 entrance fee is for those who go in just to supervise..... She showed me a little paper saying every employee gets the same instructions for pricing which only lists $5 for entrance and $15 for bucket. I asked her if there are more details written anywhere since it doesn't specify about eating, and the information being shared to me is so different but she said no, she was becoming angry and kept insisting if there is any misunderstanding that it is in my part for not understanding correctly.... I told her I wished I had gotten the name of the girl I spoke with before and asked what her name was, and she refused to give me her name she said she doesn't have to share her name..... owner cant know who is giving right or wrong information without a name... I just wanted to post this for the owner to see so they know there is different information being shared by the employees and it would be nice if there was more official information somewhere. Strawberries are great! And if it wasn't for today's service experience I would give them a great review! I'm giving low stars for owners attention and clarification.

Love going home to pick up some fresh strawberries and eggs! They literally have the best strawberries, so big and juicy, that are grown right on their property. Service is so friendly and accommodating. If you like a strawberry on another basket you can swap. You won't need to though because they are all delicious. The stand has been there for as long as I can remember and still looks great! You just drive up and pick up! Cute rustic farm stand! They also sell other products, like jam and eggs. The eggs come from another farm, but still delicious. Support small businesses!

I love this place! Nicholson Strawberries has been in Rancho Cucamonga forever and they are a part of Rancho Cucamonga history! They have the best Strawberries ever, which you will not find in a grocery store. They are always nice when you visit. It's horrible that the City of Rancho Cucamonga will not support and renew the strawberry farms lease. Come and visit this place while they are still here. Visit a part of history before it's gone.

The best strawberries around! We go to a local farmers market every week for produce, but I only buy my strawberries from Nicolson's. I have two toddlers so I'm there often lol.

Let me take you down cause I'm going to, thaaa strawberry fields. Everything's real, but nothing to get hung about. Strawberry fields forever! For over thirty years and counting this family business has been providing freshly picked goodies plus fresh seasonal produce as well. Spring has sprung and I'm definitely sprung on these aromatic and flavorful berries that are packed with antioxidants and does wonders for your immune systems. And that was a belated fun fact if you already didn't know. Anywho, besides all the goods the service was amazing and very informative. It was like I was catching up with an old mate I haven't seen in awhile. After what was told I'm definitely supporting this local business as much as I can. So get one of many sweet kicks off this old Route 66! And that's my take on it, Peace...

Hello will you guys be open this weekend 7/27?

Hi Kyle, Hope you're doing well. I am planning to visit your farm for strawberries pick this coming…

Hello sorry this weekend upick will be closed but our stand is open to buy berries. We hope to open upick next weekend. Call the stand before to confirm.

Will you guys be open this weekend?

No due to the weather. But plan to be open Mon./Tues. Tell we sell out.

Are your strawberries organic?

Hi! Are you open today 8/21/22? Thank you!

Hello, no during this summer season we have been generally closed Sundays. Will re-open tomorrow by 12pm and Wed. 12pm. On Tues. Thurs., Fri., & Sat. open 8:30am-5:30pm. Starting January will be open everyday, normal hours throughout our season!

Will you guys be open tomorrow 5/22/22?

Yes. You can always call our # just to make we didn’t sell out early for the day! (909) 982-0086

The strawberries are they organic?

Credit cards accepted?

Yes

Will you guys have the chocolate covered strawberries and is there somewhere I can place an order in advance?

We have them on some weekends and on holidays. Yes you can pre order them with Makayla at 909 727-2882.

Are you guys not opening today for vday?

Yes we plan to be open by 1pm. today and 9am tomorrow.

Do you sell gift certificates?

No unfortunately we don’t right now. But I can issue you a personal one for now if you would like when you go to the stand. Please ask when your there if you want.

Do you sell bigger strawberries that are used for chocolate dipping?

They definitely do.

Can we pick our own strawberries?

Hello. Not right now, but possibly in the future though!

Do you guys still open?we went there but it's closed

Hello, yes we are open most days at 9:00am till strawberries sell out. Mid-March we should be open full time. Feel free to call us, if no answer that means we are closed.…

Hi! $4 a basket, $12 3-pack, $23 half flat, and $46 full flat. We open at 9, come early they sell fast!

Are there strawberries available?

Are they open for business?

As of today 3/7/19 we have not been able to open daily. The strawberry production has been very slow due to a very rainy and cold January and February. We hope some warmer and dryer weather will help us to be open daily within the next 2 weeks.…

There are so many things here, exotic teas, lots of veggies and fruits, even this awesome soapmaker who made Calamansi Soap! Wow! I purchased that too! Plus, Olive Oil with Basil, very fancy here, juice stands, salsa and chips fresh made. A bit of soft music, plenty of parking and got one quite fast. Beef jerky and chamoy candy. Pizza ready for baking when you home, too. I prefer shopping locally and lines not long and boring like grocery markets and major chains. Establishing relationships with market vendors is above all else important. Visiting again!!

There were plenty of free parking both on the street as well as behind the public library and the local post office. At the Farmer's market, you can find vendors selling fresh eggs, fruits, and flowers. There's also honey, juice and pastries that are super tasty. I was actually there primarily for the eggs and was able to get two dozens of XL Grade AA eggs for $23. Most vendors accept Apple Pay / Tab to pay using your cc or debit cards. I plan to come back here more often, and when I do, I will remind myself to bring my wagon.
