These guys are life savers! My wife has had them come out to the house because she loses her car keys or locks them in her car. Quick response and always professional. I had to order a new key fob for my vehicle because the buttons on the original one had disintegrated. Within 10 minutes they had made the new key and programmed it. Easy and painless! read more

Wonderful service at a great price. When I had to have the 20 years + lock cut off EBS'S storage unit, I feared the price and the wait on the late afternoon before The Thanksgiving. Once they got the OK from the storage place, they were there in less than the best 30 minutes I was told. The price was only $85. Not the over $200 like I feared or would be charged in Metro Detroit. Tech were professional and even helped me get the door up. Hope I don't need them again, but would gladly call them if I did. read more

Awesome service as always. They spent close to an hour working on a lockset for me, at no charge.

God Bless Haley's Lock Safe & Key! We were petsitting for our neighbors and called our local locksmith in Monticello, IN, who wouldn't return our calls. The lock had broken and was spinning freely so we couldn't get into the house to let the dogs out and feed them and the cat. Finally, after 15 hours and on Sunday morning, we gave up on the Lock Doctor and called Haley's. The receptionist connected us to Matt, the locksmith, who told us the price, spoke to the homeowners for permission, and drove 45 minutes to meet us at the house. Knowing he was charging $140.00 for the service call all the way out here and on a Sunday no less, Matt tried to save them money by putting a recycled knob and lock on which matched their top lock, took 20 mintues doing so, gave us two keys and was super nice. We signed some release forms and gave him a check. If we had known it would be so easy dealing with Haley's, we would have given-up on the Lock Doctor entirely. read more

During my first encounter with Haley's I couldn't have been happier. The entire staff is extremely professional and helpful. I had lost my one and only key to my motorcycle. Haley's was able to take my ignition and generate two keys from scratch for less that any other locksmith would charge just to look at it. In the end Haley's is the best locksmith and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a key for anything. read more

I went to them for a really simple task at hand, cutting a lock. I called them, they told me that I should have my property manager call them and they will call me back to set up date and time which is understandable. I did just that, and I left my information with them. I then called my property manager right away, she said she will call them as soon as we hung up. I waited till around 4 in the afternoon and I didn't hear anything from them. I called back, the people who picked up the phone couldn't find any information. And said he would call me if he found out what happened. I called my property manager right away to see if she called, she told me that she did right after our call. I then called back to the locksmith, the lady who picked up the phone said that they did received a phone call in the morning. I didn't understand why they didn't call me back, but I still went ahead and set up the appointment. I am sure that I said Friday since there is no way that I have time any other days of the week. I said 930 in the morning, they told me they would probably be there and because of something, they might be late. I was still okey with it because I need to have access shortly. HOWEVER, when I got there Friday, on time, NOBODY IS THERE. I called and they said that my appointment was THURSDAY and they couldn't get in touch with me. I was stunned by how much they don't want to do business with me, probably because what I have requested is simple and they can't earn much on a job like this? if they have a wrong number on file why didn't they check with me when I called and I called multiple times. I have been in the town for many years now and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever experienced. read more
