But I feel that the store is a bit small, and we don't always find just the thing we're looking for. Also, the prices seem to be a bit high. We usually stop at Hobby Lobby first to see what we can find, then head down to Kirkland's if we can't find exactly what we want. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. On our last visit, one staff person alerted me to an online-only coupon that I could use that day. That kind of service will always bring me back.

Kirland's also has an amazing customer rewards/loyalty program. My only complaint is, if you shop online and choose ship to store to avoid shipping charges to your home, the delivery takes FOREVER. (I'm talking weeks.) I finally gave up on one order and bought some of the items in the store because they went on sale. (True to good customer service, I was able to return the other items when they finally arrived.)

They made it right and replaced the couch. I will say I'm disappointed in the furniture quality. I was hoping it would hold up longer but only after four months the quality is really just subpar. The cushions are already falling, there's a spot on the top of the ottoman cushion that the inside seem is coming undone. The cushions are already flattening from normal use. It looked nice when purchasing, but not made well. But I've learned my lesson and will look for higher quality next time around.

Then noticed the front door was damaged in our brand new home that was built as they didn't take the back off like the sales team said is recommended to move into the house. Was told the delivery team does not work for them as they are contracted out. So thanks for the house warming gift and I'll make sure to not recommend your delivery crew that doesn't work for you! Crazy as I do like the sofa!
