They were ok to deal with. The first time the furniture I ordered was delivered I didn't realize for a few days after delivery the couch I had bought it came with a broken arm. They made it right and replaced the couch. I will say I'm disappointed in the furniture quality. I was hoping it would hold up longer but only after four months the quality is really just subpar. The cushions are already falling, there's a spot on the top of the ottoman cushion that the inside seem is coming undone. The cushions are already flattening from normal use. It looked nice when purchasing, but not made well. But I've learned my lesson and will look for higher quality next time around. read more

Purchased a leather sofa that was delivered without the proper cords to enable both sides of the sofa to recline. They said I can come back to pick up, nice, paid for delivery and setup but instead of coming back to finish the job I went back to get the supplies. Then noticed the front door was damaged in our brand new home that was built as they didn't take the back off like the sales team said is recommended to move into the house. Was told the delivery team does not work for them as they are contracted out. So thanks for the house warming gift and I'll make sure to not recommend your delivery crew that doesn't work for you! I've purchased a few furniture items here over the years and have found good quality, well priced furniture for my home. Recently, I've been real lucky in the clearance section in the back. I had a power sofa that needed work, and even though I bought it on clearance, the store honored the dealer warranty and fixed it. Otherwise, the furniture I've purchased has been high quality and held up well. Most of it is still in use (somewhere). I haven't shopped the bedding department, only the Sofa and Oak Express departments. I like shopping for furniture here and it's alway son my list when I go furniture shopping. read more

Picked out Power Sofa, Power Loveseat and matching Power recliner set. Also purchased a matching bedroom suit for my child on Jan 6th. Was told delivery and setup of the bedroom suit would be last week of Jan, first week of Feb. Told to expect the rest of the furniture by the end of March to the First week of April. These notes are printed in the comments section of my sales receipt. When the 2nd week of Feb came with no call from sales, we called the store to find out that the bedroom outfit would not be in until the same time as the living room suit. At this time we had removed the child's bed to make room for the delivery people to set up the new bed and furniture. Luckily I have a spare bedroom and was able to utilize that bed rather than continue having my child "camp out" on an air mattress. Fast forward to the end of March, no contact. 1st week of April WE again reach out to Furniture row for a status update to find out they have the bed, but still didn't have the furniture. They had been sitting on my child's bed to not spend money on an additional delivery and were just going to wait to deliver I have to assume, because again, no contact. They attempt to deliver the bed at our request, and we now find the bed has damage from shipping, so it's not acceptable. All bedroom items returned to the store. Further follow up with the store tell me that my living room furniture is looking like Mid August before delivery can happen now. Again, no follow up, we had to call. 3 weeks have passed since the child's bedroom furniture delivery attempt, and the new parts have arrived, delivery is scheduled for today, and upon opening the first package find that the main parts of the bed are all damaged again. To say I am frustrated is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I do not recommend doing business with this store because of #1 lack of communication from the sales team. They seem motivated to sell items that they can not stock, and have zero follow through with a customer that has spent THOUSANDS of dollars in their store. At this price point there are other options available. #2 The store seems more focused on profit vs Customer service, as there was no attempt to make delivery of the items without our intervention. #3 They seem to ship via whatever low cost carrier they can find as I can attribute that to the broken items each time. EPIC LEVEL DISSAPOINTMENT. And now I have to tell my child again, that her stuff isn't ok again. To add insult to injury, all items are paid in full. We had a fantastic purchase experience with Corey at Furniture Row. We went to three stores prior to this and they had NOTHING in stock due to Covid manufacturing shut downs. FR had a large selection of clearance items and a much shorter lead time on order fulfillment than the others. We bought a couch off clearance and a chair that will arrive in two weeks. Corey was very courteous, professional, and easy to work with. We were able to get free delivery on a returned item, a holiday discount, and a Military discount for my 87 year old Korean War vet father. And Corey thanked my Father for his service to our Country. I live in Whitestown and have been to many stores in Indy area trying to find a dining table that I liked with no luck. I was in Lagayette and stopped in at Furniture Row and fell in love with their selection. It wasn't the same stuff that I saw everywhere else. The sales staff's willingness to assist and help me get the table I wanted plus some great decor items at discounts prices was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend you check it out. read more

We thought this place would be great and were completely wrong. Ordered furniture 10/3 and were told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Here we are on week 5 and furniture just came in and they tell us delivery is booked out another week. Asked for a refund and was told it would take 14 business days to go through the "paperwork" with corporate to get our refund. No apologies no empathy. Should have gone somewhere else. Worst buying experience I've ever had. The salesperson was rude and the opposite of helpful. They had a sofa that I thought I really liked so I tolerated the salesman. Well now a few months later the sofas cushions are flat and I sink to the frame and even tho it's under warranty they won't help me. So thousands of dollars later I'm stuck with a sofa that hurts to sit on. read more

The store has very nice furniture. My problem is when checking out or purchasing your items it takes a very long time to close the transaction. I have to sit while they do their computer work and it is a very slow process on their part. I've bought from then several times and it is the same slow process every time. read more
