Service is nonexistent. Dated furniture styles of cheap quality. Don't waste your time.

Very helpful. Most items in stock in warehouse that came in the next week. Competitive pricing. Helpful but not pushy sales rep.

Furniture shopping rates somewhere between car shopping and wedding/baby gift registration. What a…read morepain in the neck. At Kittle's over the years, I've experienced two/three/four star moments, so it all averages out to three stars. It's an overpriced showroom with name brand furniture - they have a lot of square footage to maintain, so expect some sticker shock. There are deals to be had, you just have to shop at the right time. Persistence and luck pays off: seasonal sales and end-of-model clearance will bring the price down. The sales staff do hover, usually two are on the floor and they take turns with walk-in traffic. They can literally see you coming in the door. I recently stopped in to pick up a replacement item that was ordered. After entering the store and walking toward the service desk, I was chased down by one of the sales staff, as if I needed permission to proceed past the entry foyer without their escort. "Yes, I'm here to pick up an item, thanks." "Oh, OK, have a nice evening." The two sales staff probably then argued about who would get the next walk-in customer. When it's time to talk turkey and ask questions about the furniture, the sales staff are very helpful. We did some modest negotiation and bundled a larger purchase in exchange for a few bucks off the total. The best part of Kittle's is the delivery team. We've had great experience with them over the years. I purchased a large kitchen table and a living room sectional. The delivery team suggested a different layout for the kitchen table that I hadn't considered - turns out it was the best option. The delivery logistics software is annoying - expect random emails and robocalls "Your furniture delivery.... blah blah blah." Even after confirming pick up date with a human, the robocalls continued until final delivery.

I purchased a beautiful sectional Smith Brothers sofa that gave me the option to add an additional…read moresection. The sales person assured me of this. We got it home and quickly realized we needed another section inserted and placed the order. Days later we were informed the material was discontinued which is disturbing because it was one of he new spring colors. I asked for significant discount on either a new sofa, or the new section with a different material that may or may not have matched. The local staff said they were unable to do anything more than a 15% discount. The person "in charge" said he had negotiated a 35% discount, but then back peddled when I had to take one of the cushions again that was unraveling for a repair. The couch was $6000 - more than I have ever spent on a piece of furniture in my life! Sadly, I spent nearly 13K at Kittles the last few years and I got no apology only the explanation that material runs out all the time. Tough cookies. So here I am -- spend money on a sofa that may or may not look good with new material or purchase something else that fits the area. If I had been greeted with sympathy and respect, I wouldn't have written this post. Now I will travel to Indy to get my furniture because
