My daughter had my mower picked up. I am 77 and not in the best of health; she did not want me to…read morehave to work on it. The battery would not stay charged. I also needed new belts and blades. The mower was a Cub Cudet zero-turn. It was 8 years old. They came and picked it up. First claimed the battery was bad; when I pointed out I had bought it there, it was good. They said so much wrong that they wanted me to buy a new one from them. I said no. They did several things to it in the tune of $900.00 brought back after about 2 and a half weeks. The same day they brought it back, it was sputtering, and the engine was not running correctly. I noted it was far worse after they fixed it. One of the things that they said was wrong was that gas was dirty. So they put on filters, etc., to fix that problem. I decided something must be wrong with the filter; they had put in the wrong filter, and there were no clips on the hoses holding it on. Ordered a new filter, which only took me 24 hours for the parts I needed. They claimed they were waiting for parts because they were having trouble fixing it. When they returned it, it was not returned with my key. I'm not sure where they found this one, but mine was marked; the one they gave me was hard to use, so I had to order another one. I have been in the store several times. If you are dealing with the repair department, you will always have to wait for 40 to 60 minutes. They never give you the same answer. They need someone who knows what's going on with a repair at any time. It takes many explanations forever to get anywhere with them. Oh, and by the way, I still have trouble with having to charge the mower every time I use it. No, I would not purchase or take any implement to be fixed. On a side note, while I was sitting there, an elderly lady asked about her mower. The salesperson told her hers was no good and was trying to sell her a new one. He then told her they would sell her old one for her. Hmm, if it was no good, why sell it to someone else? Very hard to find someone to work on the mowers, but I would definitely look elsewhere. They were not pleasant, nor was I.

Their variety of tray handles inspired me to have one built by them, rather than ordering online from a big company or a foreign woodworker. I was happy to spend money at a local small business, especially one with such a friendly and knowledgeable owner. TDeez also has pre-made wood items for sale, like olive wood spoons, wood coasters, trays, cutting boards, even jewelry. You can also purchase some tin art for your walls, or framed items. If you decide to do this, it is helpful to be wearing a ring that fits well to give him a starting point. There are many copper handmade items that can be used as the charm of a bracelet or the pendant of a necklace. Each charm is geniously displayed on metal trays held on by a magnet. I bought a gingerbread man charm ($20) and it came with either a leather strap for a necklace, or metal links with a lobster claw clasp for a bracelet. Also on display, are sterling silver antique charms that Melody stated she gets from a reclaimer (if she didn't purchase them, they would be melted down). I bought a sterling silver spoon ring ($65) and a unique reclaimed handmade sterling ring ($15). I also found a cute hummingbird pin costume jewelry piece ($5). I got an attractive silver chain necklace with a marquisite cross and a Celtic charm all from her reclaimed section. This is a good place to get a gift at the last moment and a great store to browse frequently to see what's new !

We have used this shop several times. They do okay on the repair, We got our mower back within a…read morefew days. Twice now, gas has been taken out of my tank. This last time, I filled the 5 gallon tank to the brim, I got it back empty. I called in this time and asked about the gas, he said I must have a leak. I would use this shop again, but I will be very mindful of the gas in the tank. Actually I have very little choice in taking my mower back to this shop.
