They sell sweaters that have moth holes. Moths spread. Who knows whether they have spread to other merchandise in the store. They would not contact the vendor. Since they have a policy of no returns, buyer beware. My advice - stay out of this store! I'd give this place negative stars if I could. read more

We can't spend enough time in here... There's always so much to look at! I've bought my bed, mattress, lamps, a really cute chest/seat, and a bunch of other stuff for our house. The quality of things made earlier is amazing and beats IKEA. I also love the selection of kitchen ware, handmade jewelry, clothes... Everything is reasonably priced and worth every penny. Craziest little mess, a few hundred garage sales thrown into one building, Sell It Here is a genius idea: remove the weather, time factor, and driving around suburbia. Streamline prices, let sellers setup their goods and buyers wonder around without awkward eyes watching. For the amount of items here, the place is arranged well. The staff is very helpful and seems to have a good idea what is in stock and where, for example, full length mirror, bed board, comic books, etc. There seems to be just about everything stocked at any given time new and used, antiques, furniture, toys, magazines, clothing, outdoor and patio goods, lamps, desks, books, tables, chairs, decorative items, glass ware, cooking and kitchen items, electronics, small appliances, and more. Prices range from decently fair to hilariously optimistic, even eBay would laugh at some seller's expectations! I have enjoyed Sell it Here now and then more showing around friends not so much finding anything I actually want at a good price. It is difficult to improve on eBay and the like when I can search exactly what I want for my price point without wasting tons of time walking all over endless isles but there are days that is fun! read more

The best place to shop. I'm a huge thrifter and this place is HUGE! It has everything, and the aisles of shops don't seem to end. It is a thrifter's paradise. This is a neat place that seems to just keep growing. I was in this mall type facility a year ago when it was only one room. Now it has expanded tremendously. Each booth is new adventure in "stuff". Each has it's own flavor and own pricing; some high, some lower. There is one consistency in my visits, the staff. This facility seems to be short handed and employees seem to be "bothered" when you need assistance to open a locked case. Sell It Here is without a doubt the cleanest, most organized flea market in the Lafayette area. It is the largest, that's for sure. You could spend hours in here just browsing. There are antiques, dry goods, knick knacks, home decor, just about everything. Naturally, some things are over priced but that's up to the individual sellers, not Sell It Here. So many items to choose from. This business is very large once inside the building. There are more rooms to discover I'm the back of building as well. They do have new hours as of July 1st 2022. The new hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday and from 12-5 on Sundays. Look inside each booth. Some vendors offer a discount and or will negotiate prices, so look for signage in each booth or ask at the counter. If you see a vendor with their phone number listed just simply text the vendor, strike up a deal and show that text message at the counter and they do the rest. I do not recommend this place, some of the prices are insane! Today I went in and got a metal bucket for a project that costs me $15 and on my way out of the store I found a even bigger one on Home Depot website for only $9 (new) so I came back to return it, literally less than 10 minutes after leaving the store and they don't accept returns, not even if you just bought the item 10 mins ago. The employees talk horrible about people. I was in shock a few days ago when I overheard a cashier named Kennedy and another girl not wearing a name tag (both was behind the counter) talking bad about a lady named Jean. A friend of mine convinced me to meet him in Lafayette at Sell It Here. I had never heard of it and didn't know what to expect, but certainly didn't expect the massive sprawling building that makes this place up. I've been to antique barns several times, but never one this nice. It was air conditioned, carpeted and each person's both space was a pretty good size. Walking through the different booths, you saw a lot of antiques on one end and a lot of the closeout newer items on the other. I'll spend more time on the antique side next time... I think there were probably a number of hidden gems in here for those patient enough to walk through slowly and take everything in. My friends will be the first to say that this is not the type of person that I am. I was looking for something very specific and didn't see it. My friend found a cabinet that he ended up buying for about $20. The line at checkout wasn't long but seemed to move slowly with only one person working. read more

But this place is so gigantic and packed full of vendors there is no way you can't find anything to take home. Do not recommend. Was one of the first to help this company grow. Constantly changing rules. Had no sense of loyalty. Things were constantly stolen and employees do nothing it seems. Booth rent / fees keep going up as well as your competition. Covid kept me from filling up my booth after being there for over 11-12 years. Told me I couldn't sell pepper spray yet swords and knives are good to go. Yeah ok. Logic is a joke with this management. Shop somewhere else or online. read more

Recently its turned in a poor garage sale, its sad, loved spending a rainy day in there looking for cool items, now I wouldn't waste 15 minutes in there. As a customer, you will most likely enjoy shopping here. They are huge! Plan at least a couple of hours if you want to see every booth. They are too the point that they are actually too big. It is exhausting shopping there. As a vendor, go somewhere else! They are hypocritical, do not follow their own rules, and sales are not great (since they are so big). They will tell you something isn't allowed, but when you point out that another booth is doing that exact thing, they act like you are seeing something they are not. read more

The store as a whole is nice and clean - not stacked floor to ceiling, with garbage, like some other indoor flea markets. Always a nice walk, any day of the week, even if I don't buy anything. Sunday hours are a plus! The staff leaves much to be desired - they give you minute by minute, face to face updates, near closing time, that you need to "get out". And, they're always too busy any other time, huddling in the back, about how they're going piss off their co-workers. Is this a business, or high school drama scene? I would give this store great ratings if they weren't rude after 6:30pm. They close at 7. It is huge, it is full of great finds--antiques, vintage, resale, furniture, collectibles, it's all great BUT about 6:30 they start following me through the store and around every turn (usually the same person) meets me and tells me the store will close at 7. At 6:45 they sound desperate and turn half the lights out and start herding me toward the front. I've gotten out to my car thinking it must be after 7 only to realize it's only 6:50! This was not an isolated event. It has happened to me EVERY time I've been there after 6:30 (which was probably 4 times because I've just stopped going as I'm sick of the rudeness!) On a particular occasion there was a $200 piece of furniture I was interested in. If they would have ASKED me if they could help me with anything at 6:30 instead of only TELLING me that they were getting ready to close I know that piece would be sitting in my living room now BUT they didn't ask and the frequency of the "time to close" comments only annoyed me. On one occasion the man at the front desk said they were closing and I quipped that I had been hounded since the far other end of the store and was well aware and the time was only 6:50 and could i just finish making my selections?! He humphed and I headed to the checkout. While in the checkout line the man radioed about a lady who was upset coming up to the register. I was standing right there and could hear his unprofessional comment across the radio. I would love to recommend this place but I'm sick of the unprofessionalism.
