Timothy is a really nice locksmith who took the time to come out on short notice after-hours to help unlock my storage unit. He arrived punctually at the storage unit and managed to get it open just in time for my move in at Purdue! He is a very respectful guy and I'm glad I could support his local business. If I could give negative stars I would!! This man is unhinged and I do NOT recommend him to anyone! RUN!!! Asked him to do a lock change and he started screaming at me how demanding people are and how he doesnt want to be bothered. Called me names on top of all of it, I told him have a nice day and hung up on him, he called me back 4 times 2 voicemails that were threating and telling me he is going to kill himself and that when he has a heart attack it will be from people like me ugh..... sorry I asked you to do a job! Called him after my key got stuck in my front entry lock. Incredibly knowledgeable, tried to walk me through getting it out over the phone to avoid a service charge. (Has his opinions on certain manufacturers that were a much needed laugh). I wasn't able to get it out, but he said he was at his shop (7:30p). I drove the key/lock over to him. He had it out and was spraying it with some key lubricant before I finished glancing around his office. Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Amazing! I got locked out of my house and had no keys for my car. My 1 year old and I got stuck outside in the cold! So I called a locksmith but they said they had no one to send so they gave me the number for Anointed Locksmith. I am very happy with his service, he heard my daughter while I was on the phone with him and rushed to my house, it only took him about 20 min for him to arrive and it took him less than 2 minutes to unlock my door. Never thought I would want to give 6 stars if I could. I called this locksmith and scheduled and cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled, and then called him last minute this morning to see if he could update our locks. He was able to squeeze me in and showed up 10 minutes early. He was quick, professional and even laid down a sheet to minimize the mess (had some holes drilled). He even offered to provide new key copies. I am definitely calling them again for service. read more

Genuinely terrified. Last night I had forgotten the keys to my building downtown. I called this company to help me out. When Tim arrived, he looked at the door and said "yup this is what I thought, I can't do it." And just continued to look at the door and tell me it was "high security like he told me." He had not told me this on the phone prior to him coming out. I said "ok thanks. Have a good night." He then proceeded to yell at my friends and I and say this is why he doesn't like this job. He got in his car aggressively and yelled "F*** You Guys" out his window as he sped off. Regardless of whether the service was completed or not, Tim was incredibly rude, hateful, and overall made my friends and I feel unsafe. I was scared, cold, and really sad and ended up having to stay at a friend's house. Do not use this service for the sake of being respected. As a woman, it's scary to be out late and locked out of your house, and even scarier when a grown man is yelling cuss words at you because he can't unlock your door. read more

He keeps his overhead low so he can offer the lowest prices, He also always recommends the most cost effective solutions for his clients and takes his business seriously keeping your security his #1 priority. This guy seriously is committed to his profession. He can pick and lock and keeps detailed records of complicated master key systems for his clients. I went from having 25 keys on my key chain to 3 keys and have not sacrificed security at any of my buildings. He has literally just appeared out of thin air when I was locked out of my car and had a key stuck in the ignition. He picked a lock for me that 3 other big name companies failed at opening up. He is simply the best and treats his chosen profession as sort of a ministry and contrary to what the name might suggest he is not preachy and does emergency services calls on Sunday! read more

He understood my urgency and agreed to install a deadbolt the next day. His prices were extremely reasonable and he finished the job in about 30 minutes.
