I requested service through Yelp projects on March 3rd at 2:50 PM. Three minutes later, a guy replied back with one word "phone." I then replied back asking if he meant he needed my phone number and I then provided it. He then replied back that he would call me to discuss and then he never did. On the 7th, I sent a few more messages showing photos of the locks that I wanted addressed and did not receive a reply back and still never received a call either, so I went with another company. Hopefully other people have a better interaction than I did... was very disappointed that this is a yelp approved company and he basically ghosted me. Not very professional. He definitely could've given the common courtesy to reply back saying he didn't wanna take my job. Unsure of the value, as I didn't even get an estimate on the cost. I'm giving two stars just because he did originally reach out right away, but then there was no follow-through. read more

This business is a scam. They quoted a price and then charged $80 more. But that isn't the worst part. In the process of creating a replacemrnt key for a push to start car, the guy managed to turn the car into a police vehicle. The back doors don't open from the inside, and the windows won't go down. New house, old keys, and unknown copies. I reached out on Yelp and they responded the same day. "Give me 15 minutes". They showed up and like magic replaced several locks on my house and gave me better keys. The former owner gave me a minute key, to which were an unknown number of copies, and you should always change your locks. They made the new keys in their van and gave us a few copies. I was given a flat rate of $29 via email, but when they showed up the service fee was $29 and the cost was $80. My front door just would not unlock. No rekeying or new material. I ask them to discount down to $100 and they did. I really didn't think they could or would do the job for a total of $29. That wouldn't pay for the gas to get here. Nate was a jewel. He showed up in under 30 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to make sure the lock worked properly before leaving.
