Lockout service was needed. Saar was very quickly responsive. Price estimate was very reasonable. He also made me a spare key fob for a reasonable price while he was there unlocking the vehicle. I would definitely recommend! read more

Indy Lock n Key - New fob - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me

I requested service through Yelp projects on March 3rd at 2:50 PM. Three minutes later, a guy replied back with one word "phone." I then replied back asking if he meant he needed my phone number and I then provided it. He then replied back that he would call me to discuss and then he never did. On the 7th, I sent a few more messages showing photos of the locks that I wanted addressed and did not receive a reply back and still never received a call either, so I went with another company. Hopefully other people have a better interaction than I did... was very disappointed that this is a yelp approved company and he basically ghosted me. Not very professional. He definitely could've given the common courtesy to reply back saying he didn't wanna take my job. Unsure of the value, as I didn't even get an estimate on the cost. I'm giving two stars just because he did originally reach out right away, but then there was no follow-through. read more

Showed up on time and did a quality job. I'd used their services again great value and quick

Got my door open quickly. price was quite hefty. I'm pretty sure he took advantage of my daughter being there alone. Thankful he was able to open the door. read more

Whom ever answered the call was extremely rude, short answering and not friendly at all. As a matter of fact, when call was ending, he just hung up on me. His quality of customer service was absolutely horrible. Never again will I call this company. read more

Saar was prompt, communicative, able and fast. I. had a key. stuck in a lock plus the door was 1/4" off from latching. Saar fixed them both for reasonable. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. read more

I needed a new key fab for my Chevy Equinox. Sent Sean a message on yelp to get a quote. He responded quickly and rates are very reasonable. Called him today to set up an appointment. He was here within 30 minutes and cut me a new key fab. Will definitely use his service again if needed. read more

Very fast to respond and luckily, got a technical that's less than 10 min away. Speedy, quality service. He couldn't defeat the lock using the picking technique and had to do the gap widening and latch picking, and that worked. Thanks again. read more

they were so fast and helpful! from phone call to a locksmith at my door took less than 30minutes! thank you so much for the speedy service!

Would have loved to leave a 'real' review; however, no one ever returned my call thereby making that impossible. Personally I believe that anyone in this profession should return calls. read more

This company went above and beyond to help reach a price I could afford in a short notice. Was here within 20 minutes and had my car unlocked in 5 minutes. Thanks Indy lock n key for saving the day! Highly recommend! read more

Got locked out of my house and they were quick to come out and get the lock picked. Very professional over the phone and in person. I can't say the same about some of their competition. I was surprised how rude other companies were here in the Indianapolis area. read more

Pros: very quick service , they arrived quickly and got the job done quickly Cons: VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. I had a deadbolt that was tightened and was charged $99, I asked how much to put a door knob on a closet door and was quoted $70. read more

New house, old keys, and unknown copies. I reached out on Yelp and they responded the same day. "Give me 15 minutes". They showed up and like magic replaced several locks on my house and gave me better keys. The former owner gave me a minute key, to which were an unknown number of copies, and you should always change your locks. They made the new keys in their van and gave us a few copies. The price was less than I was willing to pay (and quoted from others), because their service was stellar. read more

This business is a scam. They quoted a price and then charged $80 more. But that isn't the worst part. In the process of creating a replacemrnt key for a push to start car, the guy managed to turn the car into a police vehicle. The back doors don't open from the inside, and the windows won't go down. And now they won't answer my calls. Stay far away. read more

Called a local locksmith who had no one near me that could come unlock my back door for over an hour (this was at 9am on a Tuesday). I called ILNK and Guy arrived to save the day within 15 mins. He wasn't able to pick my lock without damage to my door, but still was able to get me in the house in less than half an hour. He was courteous and friendly; price was comparable to what I'd been quoted at the "other" service. Thanks, ILNK for your help! read more

Company was fantastic and was here and fixed in less than 45 minutes. Would highly recommend and Rick was wonderful and friendly.

Trip charge wasn't disclosed beforehand. However, he was fast to respond, communicated well, and got us in our home quickly. Considering that he was out within 30 minutes, he earned his star back from not disclosing the trip charge before finishing. Maybe this is standard but I've thankfully never required a lockout service. Regardless, very happy with who I chose! read more

I was given a flat rate of $29 via email, but when they showed up the service fee was $29 and the cost was $80. My front door just would not unlock. No rekeying or new material. I ask them to discount down to $100 and they did. I really didn't think they could or would do the job for a total of $29. That wouldn't pay for the gas to get here. Nate was a jewel. He showed up in under 30 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to make sure the lock worked properly before leaving. If I ever need a locksmith again I'm calling him. read more

Very pleased with this service! Called for details this morning, had new key and remote for my car by 3pm!!!!! They are a mobile service that came to my car location for service. Not only was the technician professional and friendly, he took care to test the key and remote to ensure they function. The fee was extremely reasonable as well! read more

Quick service, excellent communications, good value. Had them cut and program spare keys for my Jeep. Made it look simple, even though we all know it's not! read more

They were very responsive which is what got them two stars. The lack of other stars was due to their subpar service. I had them change 3 sets of keys and locks. The one set didn't double lock and had to call them back. It is still jammed and only works half the time. read more

Quick response with questions and estimate. Gave time frame for completion and they met my expectations.

Jason came out on the same day that I called and got everything taken care of quickly!

I work for a smart lock company and needed someone to assist my customer with the physical install. These guys were great and accommodated the evening time we needed. I called and got a same day service. Price for install was pretty reasonable. The lock wasn't installed right to work electronically (very easy to do, and it still worked mechanically). I called and they went out a second time to fix the install. They were very patience with me when I kept calling:contacting them to ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this service! read more
