Fury recommended a company I had not heard about, GEORGE MALLOCH COMPANY. I asked Fury why they recommended this other company? They said because they do business with the same standards that we have, so that was good enough for me!! I called GEORGE MALLOCH CO. and spoke with Steve Malloch the owner. I told him my situation and he said they could come out the that day. Rick Malloch, George's son came out and made some adjustments so my door finally stayed down. I came home Thanksgiving evening and the door wouldn't open. I manually opened that heavy door. Rick had warned that my opener was 20 years old and it wouldn't probably last much longer. Boy was he right! I tried to get the door open with the opener and parts started falling out of the motor!! I bought a new Chamberlin 3/4 quiet opener on sale. Today, Wednesday, Rick came out and in one hour they had it installed, they hauled away the old opener and parts. The door went up so smoothly and more quietly. I love it! Their bill was very reasonable for such speedy and quality service. I am extremely pleased how they came to my rescue and did quality and timely service. I will be recommending the GEORGE MALLOCH COMPANY to all my friendsl Thank your for your excellent service!!

Owner called me back later that morning and scheduled Rick to stop by later that same day to evaluate the situation. Rick stopped by later that same afternoon, gave a quote and scheduled repair for the following day. The next day they showed up exactly as promised, replaced the broken spring assembly, and charged me under the amount originally quoted. He met with me after the repair and suggested how I might maintain the equipment to keep it running. They were fast, professional, friendly, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. I'd say I was all fixed within 30 hours of contacting them. I would recommend them to a friend.

A Guy named Jake came out and he did OK but when I finally got the proposal he made an error on it. So I had to explain to to him what my Heat pump system was again which was not a variable speed as he figured but it is a 2 speed Trane 18. And I said I wanted to know what the furnace would cost (and the model number) and what the gas line would cost and what the air cleaner would cost separately broken down. He said his boss wouldn't do that. Well I never heard of such a thing. I've never dealt with people who won't tell you individual costs. That's wrong. You don't just bunch it up all together and say this is your deal. Every other HVAC company I have dealt with for this expensive 5 figure job has broken it all down and explained what the gas line would cost ...what the furnace would cost....and what the air cleaner would cost and a gas exhaust and intake and what my Mothers furnace would cost. So I found another company who has been very nice and professional and were more than willing to break all costs down like professionals and they are getting the job. I didn't even have to request them to do this. They just do it. So I do NOT recommend Kelso.

I was given his number by a competitor that was busy, and she stated : "He has worked on my home and I know him to do good work." "He has many skills and is my all around go to guy." I do recommend that anyone seeking work done get a minimum of three bids they think are excellent before going forward. You can call up and ad or question a bid, once it it written. Going back and forth on details will give you a good idea of how the job may progress, should there be any unforseen complications and there most always is. In retrospect, I would reccomend, watching a few google how to videos so you have better questions.
