Fury recommended a company I had not heard about, GEORGE MALLOCH COMPANY. I asked Fury why they recommended this other company? They said because they do business with the same standards that we have, so that was good enough for me!! I called GEORGE MALLOCH CO. and spoke with Steve Malloch the owner. I told him my situation and he said they could come out the that day. Rick Malloch, George's son came out and made some adjustments so my door finally stayed down. I came home Thanksgiving evening and the door wouldn't open. I manually opened that heavy door. Rick had warned that my opener was 20 years old and it wouldn't probably last much longer. Boy was he right! I tried to get the door open with the opener and parts started falling out of the motor!! I bought a new Chamberlin 3/4 quiet opener on sale. Today, Wednesday, Rick came out and in one hour they had it installed, they hauled away the old opener and parts. The door went up so smoothly and more quietly. I love it! Their bill was very reasonable for such speedy and quality service. I am extremely pleased how they came to my rescue and did quality and timely service. I will be recommending the GEORGE MALLOCH COMPANY to all my friendsl Thank your for your excellent service!!

He met with me after the repair and suggested how I might maintain the equipment to keep it running. They were fast, professional, friendly, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. I'd say I was all fixed within 30 hours of contacting them. I would recommend them to a friend.

I am writing a review about outstanding service from Daren at P&P Heating and Cooling Service,…read moreMahomet, Illinois. We have an American Standard furnace that is 9 years old (originally installed by a different, now-defunct heating company). I became suspicious of the aging inducer motor as it was loud and, suddenly one cold day, we were no longer getting heat and the red-green LED indicator lights on the furnace were flashing a code for service. For HVAC service, there are many providers in our area, but we went with one based on a recommendation of a family we know--we chose to try P&P Heating and Cooling Service. Scheduling was easy with great help from office manager, Stephanie, and we met Daren as he arrived, right on time, to help us out. Within a few minutes, he confirmed the diagnosis of a bad inducer and left to get one from his warehouse. A few minutes later, Daren called me and told me great news: he had the exact motor needed for my furnace (so we didn't have to wait for an ordered motor) and, in the meantime, he contacted American Standard directly for us and had the new motor covered under our American Standard warranty! He went above-and-beyond, in our minds, by doing this for us. I sincerely feel that Daren treated us with the same honest care--including checking the warranty coverage--that he would provide for himself or his own family. We are extremely pleased with our first experience with P&P, and will call on them for our service needs going forward. One day, all of us homeowners will be in need of service, and it is then that the value of a reliable and honest local provider becomes crucial. Our family has found that with Daren from P&P Heating and Cooling.

I was given his number by a competitor that was busy, and she stated : "He has worked on my home and I know him to do good work." "He has many skills and is my all around go to guy." I do recommend that anyone seeking work done get a minimum of three bids they think are excellent before going forward. You can call up and ad or question a bid, once it it written. Going back and forth on details will give you a good idea of how the job may progress, should there be any unforseen complications and there most always is. Bad company. Bad Communication. Stay Away!…read more I had an estimate scheduled for 8 AM on October 10, 2022, and no one showed. I called at 8:10 AM with no answer so I left them a voicemail. I called them again on October 13, 2022, to just clarify and get things straight as I did not want to leave a bad review. An hour after I left the voicemail, I receive a call from the owner (Brett Shaw). He began talking to me very aggressively. He proceeds to tell me that he thought my inquiry was a joke which is why he never responded to my messages or showed up. My request was for trim work and baseboards to be painted in my bathrooms but also stated that if this project is too small that other jobs could be done as well. As a consumer, it is not my job to know the expenses or the prices of this company. I was looking for an estimate while trying to support a local company. Brett has since responded to my review on Google calling me a scam and a liar. I do not appreciate his actions or business practices. Overall, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and even put on my Google review "Would love for them to get in touch so I can change my review and support a local business". Cannot encourage customers enough to stay away from this company.
