Absolutely awesome service!! We've been having troubles with our garage door. Called Rex because of the high ratings on Google and we weren't disappointed. He came out to check on the problem, immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us options. One option was the inexpensive option, which we could have chosen. He never tried to upsell us or push for the more expensive option. Just simply laid out the facts, the choices, and left it to us. Being that our old door was pretty damaged/cracked and the springs were over 20 years old we went with the more expensive and safer option, to replace the door and springs. And really, the price was a LOT less than I was expecting, including the door and installation. It is money well spent and affordable. The door came in quickly and Rex came to install it. He is really friendly, courteous, prompt, easy to communicate with, and professional. The new door looks and works GREAT! We are really happy with it. Garage One was amazing! we ran into an issue with our door and thought we would need to replace the whole thing. when Rex the owner arrived he was able to diagnosis the issue we had but also was able to point out other issues we never knew about that hadn't been addressed by the previous owners of our house. He was able to repair all of our issues and even spent time cleaning up the wires that connected into our garage opener. He was prompt, professional and personable. Rex responded very quickly to our call. It was the day after Christmas and he was at our house within a hour and half of our call. We had a broken spring on our garage door. He didn't have the exact spring we needed in stock, but said he'd order one and gave us a good estimate cost on the repair. We scheduled a time for him to come back and make the repair. He was able to get the replacement spring sooner than expected and came back out and made the repair ahead of schedule. He's professional and very nice. I would highly recommend working with him. The spring broke on my garage door and I called several places. This was on a Friday. Rex answered and said he could come out later that day and look at it. He came, temporarily fixed the door so it was usable over the weekend. He said he would order the spring on Monday. Wednesday he came out late in the day, put on the new spring, and lubricated that door and another door. He was very pleasant and very professional ! And he was very reasonably priced. My husband communicated with Rex Bagby to assess why our garage door was not working properly. Rex found the parts needed, communicated promptly with us regarding the receipt of the parts and his progress, and gave us temporary parts to keep the garage door working until the permanent parts came. Rex was great from Garage Door, we had a minor incident on door a dent and broken frame. i called him he asked for pictures and then called me right back with a quote and solution. he quickly came out to fix it. he was very reasonable and polite and honest. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a garage door repair. On a Sunday morning I discovered my garage door spring was broken. Both cars were trapped. Even though Garage One Enterprises was closed as were all the other services in this area, Rex came out that afternoon to help us get our cars out. He kept us informed that our spring had to be ordered and on Tuesday morning he made the repair. Rex was awesome. Our garage door came off the track, was bent awkwardly, and Rex came out same day I called and fixed it. He did some minor maintenance after fixing and honestly, it sounds better than before. My daughter said the same thing. I have his card and will definitely call him back if and when we have issues with our garage door. He charged us $65 but I gave him $80. Worth every penny. Our garage door motor stopped working (inevitable with something that was probably installed 45 to 50 years ago). I called Garage One and got a response from Rex on the same day. He showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the pats, and replaced the motor in a few days. This company installed a new overhead garage door in 2022 and a new opener in 2024. We received perfect guidance as we wanted to change the look of our house with the new overhead door.
