I am extremely angry and disappointed about what happened with one of your drivers today. One of…read moreyour drivers, operating a truck, was driving recklessly directly in front of me and put my safety and the safety of everyone else on the road at serious risk. Their driving was completely irresponsible and, quite frankly, unacceptable for someone operating a company vehicle. The way this driver was driving nearly caused an accident that could have involved me. I had absolutely no reason to expect that a professional driver representing your company would drive in such a dangerous and careless manner. I was put in a situation where someone else's reckless driving could have caused serious damage, injuries, or much worse, through no fault of my own. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't just a minor mistake or an ordinary traffic situation. This was reckless behavior that created an unnecessary danger for everyone around the vehicle. When someone is driving a truck with a company name attached to it, they are representing your company whether they realize it or not. Drivers need to understand that their actions on the road can have real consequences. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and investigated. I would strongly recommend reviewing the driver's behavior and making sure they understand that this type of driving is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to worry about being involved in an accident simply because they happened to be driving near one of your vehicles. I am extremely upset that this happened, and I hope your company takes the situation seriously rather than brushing it off. This could have ended much differently, and I don't think something this dangerous should be ignored.

We worked tirelessly with a couple other contractors before Jeremy the owner of Copper Creek stepped in. Not only was Jeremy knowledgeable and easy to work with, he was patient in working with our Insurance company and getting our entire roof replaced. His professionalism showed through the whole process. The roof we had put on was not a simple slap on and go on your way. Our roof had lots of peaks and valleys and presented many obstacles in working with a new product. Jeremy and his crew made sure every detail was taken care of. The work cite each day was cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful roof and we recommend Copper Creek to everyone!!

I had my roof replaced in November 2023 and used Freedom Roofing with the recommendation from my…read moreinsurance agent and after reviewing the reviews. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend them and will not use them again. It's a very long story about all the issues so I will summarize. They replaced the roof and immediately I noticed damage to the interior of my home. The damage consisted of cracked ceilings. Freedom Roofing didn't want to take responsibility for the damage or the repairs. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to entice action by the company. The company did not response in the required 14 days and I had to call the BBB to ask them to illicit a response from the company. When prompted Freedom finally responded. Inept drywall people came to my home and repaired the cracks and painted the ceilings a different ceiling color and did a poor job on the repair. I called the owner of Freedom Roofing and he came to my home and agreed the ceiling job looked poor and asked me to get an estimate for a paint job to fix the job his company botched. I got an estimate and submitted it to him and he deducted it from the balance I owed him for the roof job. This process took 5 long months. I am sure the company would of not taken responsibility but for the fact that I filed a complaint with the BBB. There were many other issues, but that was one main one. Since this happened my insurance agent has taken them off the recommended list. Linda M.

I found a granite pattern that I liked in August, and I was sent to Carstin Brands in Arthur, IL to pick out a slab. Upon arriving in Authur, I was told that I can't pick out slab there as it was the fabrication warehouse, and I needed to go to Schaumburg to the showroom. An hour drive each way to Arthur resulted in a wasted day. I went to Schaumburg and picked out my slab, no issues there. The slab was installed at the end of August. The installers from Carstin (the fabricator) were professional and timely. Immediately after installation, I noticed several spots that were chipped or filled with a rough, gray putty-like substance. I contacted Lindsay to rectify the issue, and she attempted to facilitate a solution with Carstin. Fast forward to November, the spots still had not been fixed, and I had made several attempts to contact Carstin with no return call- and the answer from Hampton's repeatedly was that "billing has been made aware" so that we would not be responsible for the balance until the spots were corrected. Carstin finally came out to fix the spots after I stated that I would not be recommending Hampton's or Carstin based on this experience. I waited to pay the balance until a new statement was issued, just in case we were charged for the repairs. Sure enough, I just received the statement and we were charged for the repairs!! I have made several attempts to contact Hampton's and stated that we will not pay for the repairs charged, with no return correspondence. This company clearly does not stand by their work, and I will not recommend them to anyone. I love my countertops, but I am very disappointment with this experience.
