The appointment time came and went, but I didn't hear from them. I gave them a day to reach out, but they didn't. I finally sent a note saying that I was disappointed that they weren't able to come to our appointment. Their only response was that they were delayed by rain on another job. Delay for rain I understand. Failing to call to cancel or reschedule an appointment I do not understand. They might be the best guys in town, but if they don't communicate well, that doesn't bode well for them doing what I actually want them to do.
