He repaired my damaged siding beautifully, and the finished work looks fantastic. What impressed me most was how responsive and helpful he was throughout the process. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the repair. If you need roofing, siding, or exterior repairs, I highly recommend Freedom Roofing. They have been wonderful to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Hands down one of the best companies I've dealt with!

I had my roof replaced in November 2023 and used Freedom Roofing with the recommendation from my…read moreinsurance agent and after reviewing the reviews. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend them and will not use them again. It's a very long story about all the issues so I will summarize. They replaced the roof and immediately I noticed damage to the interior of my home. The damage consisted of cracked ceilings. Freedom Roofing didn't want to take responsibility for the damage or the repairs. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to entice action by the company. The company did not response in the required 14 days and I had to call the BBB to ask them to illicit a response from the company. When prompted Freedom finally responded. Inept drywall people came to my home and repaired the cracks and painted the ceilings a different ceiling color and did a poor job on the repair. I called the owner of Freedom Roofing and he came to my home and agreed the ceiling job looked poor and asked me to get an estimate for a paint job to fix the job his company botched. I got an estimate and submitted it to him and he deducted it from the balance I owed him for the roof job. This process took 5 long months. I am sure the company would of not taken responsibility but for the fact that I filed a complaint with the BBB. There were many other issues, but that was one main one. Since this happened my insurance agent has taken them off the recommended list. Linda M.

This summer, I called them back for repairs, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences. Really poor communication and did not complete all the work as agreed. I wish I had never called them in the first place. Learn from my mistake and call someone else. You may think it's a great company because of how fast they send someone to give you a quote and make it sound like it's all going to be fixed promptly, but don't fall for it.
