In fact, nothing was communicated whatsoever between 11/24 and 12/5 when I called back at 10:15 a.m. to figure out what was going on. I was told that no ticket had ever been made for me. The gentleman told me that he would look into it and give me a call back. Nobody ever called me back. At this point I am a little frustrated. I call back today, Monday 12/8 and I am told that I am on the list and I should hear from someone any day. All I said was that I was frustrated that communication had not been better, because the ball had already been dropped once and I was left in the dark all weekend about what my status was or if I even had a ticket now.
