A-1 Lock was soooo helpful with remaking a couple spare keys for my 2022 Kawasaki motorcycle!…read more I unfortunately came through their doors 10 minutes before closing, but they were still patiently helpful, made both keys, and I was out their door 1 minute before closing time!! Both keys work great, and they're actually better than my original because the replacements are taller and easier to grab when in the ignition! AND... both keys were only $4 each! THANKS AGAIN! I'll definitely be back! Tim

Waking up early on a Saturday with the goal in mind of driving down from Chicago to Litchfield,…read moreclearing out a storage locker, and turning right back around to head back to the city within the same day.. let's say, not exactly my ideal way to spend half a weekend. Arriving at the storage locker after a four hour drive only to discover that you inexplicably brought the wrong padlock key was practically demoralizing. As my dad and I sat in the Wendy's parking lot eating lunch inside our sunk-cost U-Haul (an unquestionably sorry looking scene), we attempted to try and accept our looming fate -- returning empty handed, the time and money wasted, dreading whatever other Saturday we'd need to commit to accomplish the task. I'd just finished reading through multiple random internet forums discussing just how impenetrable this particular lock we had would be to break, and had the fleeting thought to reach out to a locksmith. Seeing as it was Saturday afternoon and Litchfield is a small town, I figured if someone could even come out to begin with, it'd run us, oh.. $300? More? I had absolutely no idea, and little hope of it actually becoming a feasible option. Long story short - this is where Bobbie stepped in and saved the day as well as what remained of our dignity. She quoted me a no strings attached $40 flat rate, met us 15 minutes later, and was a pleasure to converse with as she solved our impenetrable padlock. I've never been so happy to get to move furniture. Five stars hands down, highly recommend - thank you again, Bobbie!

They were able to rekey a new door lock in about 5 minutes for only $19 (price of the lock plus labor!). She also made me three new copies of the key in a flash. I am extremely angry and disappointed about what happened with one of your drivers today. One of…read moreyour drivers, operating a truck, was driving recklessly directly in front of me and put my safety and the safety of everyone else on the road at serious risk. Their driving was completely irresponsible and, quite frankly, unacceptable for someone operating a company vehicle. The way this driver was driving nearly caused an accident that could have involved me. I had absolutely no reason to expect that a professional driver representing your company would drive in such a dangerous and careless manner. I was put in a situation where someone else's reckless driving could have caused serious damage, injuries, or much worse, through no fault of my own. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't just a minor mistake or an ordinary traffic situation. This was reckless behavior that created an unnecessary danger for everyone around the vehicle. When someone is driving a truck with a company name attached to it, they are representing your company whether they realize it or not. Drivers need to understand that their actions on the road can have real consequences. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and investigated. I would strongly recommend reviewing the driver's behavior and making sure they understand that this type of driving is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to worry about being involved in an accident simply because they happened to be driving near one of your vehicles. I am extremely upset that this happened, and I hope your company takes the situation seriously rather than brushing it off. This could have ended much differently, and I don't think something this dangerous should be ignored.
