The first time I spoke with them on the phone he seemed ready and able to do the service so I passed along the customers info for them to set up a time that worked good for both parties. Similar to how I have done it for customers in Denver, CO; Abilene, TX; and Pensacola, FL. Two days later when I followed up with the customer I was informed that Knight's had never even reached out to him so I passed Knight's info to the customer so that he could call the company himself. The customer scheduled a time for yesterday 5-10-2018 to have them come over and perform the service. Knight's never showed up. Naturally the customer called me angrily this morning so I reached out to Knight's. He informed me that he was busy and that since I was from Idaho (I use my cell phone from my home state still) he would not be able to do the service. And then he hung up. I do not recommend working with this individual unless all other options are no longer available.

GREAT service, GREAT work, and GREAT fees. We began a first floor remodel several months ago and Brad was initially only used for a couple things but, when we saw his work, we had him complete a LOT of things! We used him for the last 7 months and he is very consistent. I do not usually allow contractors to have a key but (after I was comfortable) I gave him one and had no concerns, worries, or problems. I have referred Brad to family. I can not recommend him higher...or I would. Check my other reviews, if there had been ANY problem you would see it here.

I regrettably engaged Roberts to install a channel drain system in my drive in September 2022…read more.based upon some good reviews. Robert Sidener, the owner, and his brother started the work, did nit finish first day, took my money with repeated assurances the would return next day to finish, but never showed and refused to respond to my messages as expected given that they defrauded me. These two brothers are in my mind of highly questionable character and would never engage with them again. I would further note that owner Robert has a long rap sheet in the public records at the Sangamon county circuit court giving further negative evidence of his lack of honest and moral character. I have written the above to inform the community of potential problems in engaging this business for anything.
