When we bought the property, the…read moreprevious owner had tried to refinish the tub with a kit from Loew's, and it was a MESS - peeling, cracking and bulging. NU Tub cleaned off the botched previous job and did an amazing refinish. We had gotten quotes for $2000 and $9400 (!!!) to remove and replace the tub. With the new finish, it looks like new at a fraction of the cost. We were very pleased and would happily use them again.

The manager of Mr Sandless assured us the floors would look good through his process of refinishing. When he was doing the work, it became clear that the process Mr Sandless uses could not cover marks or many scratches in the flooring. If you have floor with any scratches or marks, better to hire someone to sand them or replace the wood. The job was so poor Mr Sandless had to give us a discount off the charge for the service, which was still not cheap. I write to save people the trouble and expense of using the refinishing process Mr Sandless uses if they have floors that aren't already in near perfect condition.
