That's pretty fast! They did a great job. I have never had any difficult reaching the owner and he personally responds to all calls. I am now getting quotes for more projects and look forward to working with them again. I've had many bad experiences with various Springfield contractors and it is great to find a reliable company such as this one. One of worst experiences I ever had . The job was supposed to take 7-9 days ended up taking 14 days…read moreeven with a completely empty house no furniture or people for 9 days , not to mention the walls were in perfect condition because previous owner just had walls painted and we just wanted a different color scheme . The owner of Pro-finish Brent Judd is very unprofessional and chooses not to remember what was discussed in writing and full of EXUSES... If I didn't stay on top of job the whole house would of been different colors ,he sent his painters with wrong colors more than once. I felt like a life encouragement coach trying to keep his painters going telling them doing good job etc. just to get the job done . After 2 weeks in house tell 9 o'clock every night did anything to keep them motivated. I think they work tell 9pm because they don't start tell 10:30 every day smh. I asked for all the gold door handles on my doors to to be replaced with silver ones that I bought the same exact handles and the owner Brent acted like that was so much work and mentioned just sitting them on wall so I hired another contractor to put upstairs doors up with handles just to get things moving even though that was part of Pro-finish contract . The trim above my cabinets that covers all the lights above cabinets didn't even paint left the trim in garage unpainted and these are big pieces again part of cabinets and contract . Two of my hall doors downstairs will not shut. There is bubbles in the paint of several doors along with the tops of doors damaged and the same marks on doors where they drill metal thing in to doors to create handles to spray them . Two many touch ups everywhere to count. Shelves not put back in cabinets or hutch . Broke a wall a sconce credit me $100 even though now I have to replace all three and hire a electrician which will cost me $500 all together . They put one coat around trim work and roll two or three coats on big surface so you can see the difference in many spots . Left a mess everywhere ruined my utility sink in laundry room . Didn't put wall plates back on several sockets . Then to top it off this was a $12,500.00 job I paid him 4K deposit , 6K midway through , then the last day they were here Christmas Eve he came demanding the rest of money $2,500.00. I told owner Brent I'm not paying tell the job is done . His response to that was you want to fight MFER then stormed outside in my front yard and was yelling profanities at the top of his lungs and would not stop was one of the most embarrassing things ever , his poor painters were so embarrassed and apologetic one said he was going to quit, I gave him a nice tip he was a good kid . I ended up writing the final check to end the nonsense . Like I said worst experience ever I could write more but that is most of NIGHTMARE .
