The contractors that did my house did not pay attention to detail. I feel like the contractor was in a hurry to move on to the next job. I chose Midwest because they had the lowest bid, but had I know the quality was going to be this poor I would have went with another company.

Just had our new windows and doors installed and love, love, love them! Ordered them through Paul,…read morethe owner, which took about 8 weeks for them to come in from the manufacturer. We ordered full screens but half screens came in so we have those in right now until the correct ones are delivered. BIG shout out to Zack and Greg who installed them! They did a fabulous job, very professional. I just cant stop looking at them. My dog likes the storm door that opens either at top or bottom so he can look outside. I would definitely recommend this company if you need new windows and doors! Update: the window screens that were installed were not the full screens we ordered. They were supposedly reordered the day of installation, June, and its 4 months later and we STILL do not have them. We are constantly calling and getting one excuse after another from the owner. Really like the windows and doors but customer service is not good at all. Will not recommend this company for this reason alone.
