They were able to rekey a new door lock in about 5 minutes for only $19 (price of the lock plus labor!). She also made me three new copies of the key in a flash. Reasonable price, knowledgeable staff. Recommended. Note: The place is a little weird to get to, you have to come north on Jasper because of the way Jasper St runs. Atlas sits in it's own little "island" there.

I am extremely angry and disappointed about what happened with one of your drivers today. One of…read moreyour drivers, operating a truck, was driving recklessly directly in front of me and put my safety and the safety of everyone else on the road at serious risk. Their driving was completely irresponsible and, quite frankly, unacceptable for someone operating a company vehicle. The way this driver was driving nearly caused an accident that could have involved me. I had absolutely no reason to expect that a professional driver representing your company would drive in such a dangerous and careless manner. I was put in a situation where someone else's reckless driving could have caused serious damage, injuries, or much worse, through no fault of my own. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't just a minor mistake or an ordinary traffic situation. This was reckless behavior that created an unnecessary danger for everyone around the vehicle. When someone is driving a truck with a company name attached to it, they are representing your company whether they realize it or not. Drivers need to understand that their actions on the road can have real consequences. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and investigated. I would strongly recommend reviewing the driver's behavior and making sure they understand that this type of driving is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to worry about being involved in an accident simply because they happened to be driving near one of your vehicles. I am extremely upset that this happened, and I hope your company takes the situation seriously rather than brushing it off. This could have ended much differently, and I don't think something this dangerous should be ignored.

The person taking my call quickly told me that they had three technicians in the field and they should be able to get to Lincoln from Decatur in the early afternoon and they would call before they arrive. I was excited because Springfield OHD couldn't get to me before the 31st of January, two weeks later unless I agreed to pay their overtime rate. Fortunately I called Midwest OHD. Josh called a little after 9:00 and left a voicemail saying he would be there in about 45 minutes. When he arrived he was polite, professional and quickly identified and corrected my problem. All I can say is my experience with Midwest OHD was amazing. Thanks so much for having great people in place from receiving my call to the expert repairman Josh. Thanks Terry
