We had hail damage from the March 2024 hail storm that damaged our roof, gutters and siding. We…read morehired Promax to do all 3 projects last fall with the roof being completed first. The roofing crew did a fantastic job and were very conscientious on the detail of the work and keeping the area very clean and doing the final cleanup. John and the crew also addressed a few alterations i suggested with zero issues. The next job was the vinyl siding and the Director of Operations, Gino Grohler and his crew did a remarkable job on the siding. The crew were OCD on making sure everything was plum and square and even adjusted a few items to insure that. I also asked them to do some extra door reframing projects on the side that they had no problem with and were very meticulous in completing the entire job. Gino stopped by every morning and usually at least one more time each day to check on how things were going. He is very keen on all construction issues and provided excellent guidance for his crews when needed. I was working outside on some other projects and the crew really had a fun time doing their job with a great attitude! The last portion was the gutters which that crew did a perfect job on and were very accommodative working with me to make any adjustments to downspout locations for aesthetics, etc. The other benefit of hiring Promax to do all 3 jobs was that they were able to manage and coordinate the projects in the proper order to do the jobs most efficiently & end up with the best result! After the insurance company gave the go ahead a swift, quality shingle replacement took place. In…read moreone day Cooper Brothers Construction Company sent 7 or 8 men to remove my old roof, put down 30 lb. tarpaper and clean up ALL debris. My yard was spotless and the tarpaper installation was perfect. Since I special ordered 50 year (Lifetime) shingles there was a day and one half wait for the shingles to arrive before installing the new ones. The new shingles arrived a little before noon and several men worked past 6:00 pm installing the new ones. The roof was completed before 11:00 am the next morning. So in less than 2 1/2 workdays they removed my 45 square old roof and replaced it. The job also included a new chimney cap and various other boot replacements. I have construction experience and I must say the cost was very competitive for what work was done. I could not buy the shingles wholesale for what they charged me for them. I highly recommend Cooper Brothers Construction to anyone in need of a roof. I plan on using their services for other work as needed.

They both cleaned up the whole area when they were done and they were amazing people all together. We definitely plan on having them back for many more projects! I had Rays Remodeling do a full kitchen remodel. the flooring that was laid is not even and has…read moremultiple soft spots. the baseboard they laid is crappy and not even. The project took 5 months he originally told me a month. Throughout the entire project I had to always follow up to find out when he was coming. Horrible communication the entire time. maybe came once a week hence why it took forever for it to be mostly done. it still is not entirely complete . I have called, texted multiple times and have been completely blown off. I have paid him in full and have been entirely ignored. I would definitely never recommend this company to do any construction work unless you want to get scammed and have a crappy job done. Do NOT use this business for any type of work.

After reading through the other horrible reviews, I have to say, they are 100% accurate!…read more Everything before install was fantastic. A 2 day install turned into 2 weeks with lots of no shows from the installer and an extra $1,400 in cash given to him for things he claimed were extra. Getting ahold of the owner was not easy but once we did get ahold of him, he did apologize and seemed like he was going to make sure everything was made right. He took $700 off our final bill. Once the installer was done, we had to call to ask about getting all the cabinets adjusted aka straight. They did come out and do that. After about a week, we noticed the pull out trash can was hitting the pantry door next to it. Luther sent a guy out to "fix" it. The "fix" worked for another couple weeks until it gave and started hitting again. Then it l came off the track. We obviously haven't been able to use it since (so after just a few weeks). You can see in the picture below that it's crooked. Getting ahold of them was extremely difficult but when we did, Luther told us it sounded like a spacer wasn't installed between the two. We kept hearing they would get back to us. Eventually they stopped answering our calls. Before the holidays, months after the issue and not being able to use the trash can, my husband got the idea to call from his work phone. They of course answered, not knowing it was him and told him they were looking into a solution. Again, we were ghosted for months. My husband stopped in last week to give them another chance to make this right and Luther Falls was far from professional and wanted nothing to do with working towards a solution. He called my husband awful names and told him to "F our cabinets," while walking away from him to avoid a conversation. I then made a Facebook post to let all my friends and family know about our situation and the terrible treatment we had received. Luther commented saying we were liars and that we broke it and didn't notify them until 6 months later. Obviously that is not the case. We are honest, hard working people who tried to give a company chance after chance to make it right. We never dreamed that we would be treated this way. We've remodeled 3 homes now and never had any issues with anyone we've worked with! Also, we aren't 100% sure our bottom cabinets are even the color we ordered. We picked charcoal grey and our receipt says that but these are navy blue. We never even had the chance to bring this up to the company because it's been the least of our worries.

I thought I was going to have to spend a huge amount of money to replace the whole rood. I calld them and they said it just needed cleaning.
