After checking the furnace, he realized he needed a part and went back to retrieve a temporary one to get me through. He returned, installed the temporary part, and explained that he would order the correct part and call once it arrived. Yesterday, Travis returned with Logan, and together they installed the new part and performed the maintenance service on my furnace as well. Hooray for heat!
