Later that same day, she called to let me know that someone would be coming out-and that someone was Travis. Travis arrived and was very professional. After checking the furnace, he realized he needed a part and went back to retrieve a temporary one to get me through. He returned, installed the temporary part, and explained that he would order the correct part and call once it arrived. Yesterday, Travis returned with Logan, and together they installed the new part and performed the maintenance service on my furnace as well. Hooray for heat! We also discovered at the last minute that our thermostat wasn't working right either so he put a new one in and didn't even charge for it!
