When we called after the second failure, the receptionist told us that a technician would not be able to come out until late September. Somehow, the repairman got it to work before he left, but after he left we were not able to get the door closed and locked.

Hi, i will try to be brief in my experience. 1. when to…read morelocal chrysler dealership. 2. i had one working chyrsler key fob. 3. wanted my 2 keyed already unprogrammed keys to be programed. 4. after 3 services tech worked on it for 1 hr and 15 minutes, they said. 5. dealership said they need to schedule at least 3 hrs of labor to find the "faulty" in the wiring since there coding machine could not read the proper pin. ?? 3 x 145$ a hour......wt fing. 6. i said no, obviously. 7. i called dealership back within 10 minutes, to ask for the 4 digit pin, thus to go to a locksmith and have them see if they could program the 2 keys. A service lady told me the key coding machine has been down for the last 2 days and today. (so the techs could not get the code anyways). ............do you see what i am getting at ?...................... ( the chrysler dealership in my area lied.............and wanted to f me other for 450$ plus any parts they would find wrong. And 2 new keys since they told me the new ones i bought was wrong, thus a totalish of 650$ to be ripped of..............lol........ya baby) 8. here is the happy end of my story. 9. i called "locksmith services" in champagin illinios and and told them i have one working fob and 2 keyed blank transponders keys. 10. they imediately said "yes we can do that" 11. i went, they did ( with a very professional attitude) within 10 minutes and i walked away paying 75$ for 2 keys. Their driving was completely irresponsible and, quite frankly, unacceptable for someone operating a company vehicle. The way this driver was driving nearly caused an accident that could have involved me. I had absolutely no reason to expect that a professional driver representing your company would drive in such a dangerous and careless manner. I was put in a situation where someone else's reckless driving could have caused serious damage, injuries, or much worse, through no fault of my own. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn't just a minor mistake or an ordinary traffic situation. This was reckless behavior that created an unnecessary danger for everyone around the vehicle. When someone is driving a truck with a company name attached to it, they are representing your company whether they realize it or not. Drivers need to understand that their actions on the road can have real consequences. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and investigated. I would strongly recommend reviewing the driver's behavior and making sure they understand that this type of driving is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to worry about being involved in an accident simply because they happened to be driving near one of your vehicles. I am extremely upset that this happened, and I hope your company takes the situation seriously rather than brushing it off. This could have ended much differently, and I don't think something this dangerous should be ignored.
