Rick stopped by later that same afternoon, gave a quote and scheduled repair for the following day. The next day they showed up exactly as promised, replaced the broken spring assembly, and charged me under the amount originally quoted. He met with me after the repair and suggested how I might maintain the equipment to keep it running. They were fast, professional, friendly, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. I came home Thanksgiving evening and the door wouldn't open. I manually opened that heavy door. Rick had warned that my opener was 20 years old and it wouldn't probably last much longer. Boy was he right! I tried to get the door open with the opener and parts started falling out of the motor!! I bought a new Chamberlin 3/4 quiet opener on sale. Today, Wednesday, Rick came out and in one hour they had it installed, they hauled away the old opener and parts. The door went up so smoothly and more quietly. I love it!
