Had some bad boards (it's dimensional lumber not sheathing as it's an old house). I have new gutters and gutter guards that still look great in the photos. Rick stopped by later that same afternoon, gave a quote and scheduled repair for the following day. The next day they showed up exactly as promised, replaced the broken spring assembly, and charged me under the amount originally quoted. He met with me after the repair and suggested how I might maintain the equipment to keep it running. They were fast, professional, friendly, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Yea great you don't charge me for the part but most other company's charge around $60 to $70 per hour and if part is under warranty they charge the company that made the unit for their time.

He then took the cover off and showed me the shredded plastic pieces. He had the replacement part in his truck, and didn't have to leave to get anything. I could tell by the way he worked that he really knew what he was doing. He also showed me metal joints on the door that were broken most of the way through. After getting the new door, he quickly installed it by himself with no problem. The cost for both the new door and repair of the motor were very reasonable.
