Randy is very casual, up-front, and direct. I called him asking to clone a key for my Lexus. He quoted me ~$100 to set me straight. However, an hour later he called me back and said he did some thinking. He told me that for my situation I might be able to fix my key much cheaper by ordering parts online and doing the fix myself. I very much appreciate this gesture, and appreciate people like Randy as a whole. He could have easily taken my ~$100 and provided his service, but instead I can fix my issue for around $10, no locksmith or machine required. I will update this review if I end up needing his service! Due to his honesty, I will be surely recommending this locksmith to everyone. Note: Randy is VERY casual, so do not expect a snooty, white collar experience! Also, don't call him with no caller ID, or through Skype. On the 7th, I sent a few more messages showing photos of the locks that I wanted addressed and did not receive a reply back and still never received a call either, so I went with another company. Hopefully other people have a better interaction than I did... was very disappointed that this is a yelp approved company and he basically ghosted me. Not very professional. He definitely could've given the common courtesy to reply back saying he didn't wanna take my job. Unsure of the value, as I didn't even get an estimate on the cost. I'm giving two stars just because he did originally reach out right away, but then there was no follow-through.

I had purchased some replacement key fobs for my truck from Amazon and some keys from Ebay. I was a…read morebit skeptical if they would work but had hope. The only catch with buying those is that you need a locksmith to program both the keys and the fobs. You cannot do it yourself without special equipment. I did a little research and came across this business. David was very responsive and we set up a date and time to meet. He has a mobile shop, so he has everything he needs in his truck, so it was easy for him to come to me. I had an event downtown and he was able to meet me there. He programmed both of my fobs and cut two keys in about 10 minutes. I was amazed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had one key made and fob programmed at the dealer a few months ago and it was more than double the price I paid. And they only did one set at the dealer. I got two done. I also waited much longer than I did with the Key Boss. They also offer many other services including lockout service, roadside assistance, and rekeying. If you need any of those service along with key cutting or fobs programming (which I did not even know was a thing until recently), I highly recommend checking the Key Boss out.
