I really don't like to leave poor reviews, but here we are. I can only speak to the food, as I used Uber eats. I ordered garlic naan, the tofu malai curry (medium), and a small tarka daal. I have to start with the daal because I was so confused when I opened in. I was desperately searching to find a single lentil in it. While it had a nice flavor, the tarka daals I've had in the past were much creamier. I couldn't believe how thin this one was and there were about 10 lentils in the whole container. The tofu curry was just okay. I love love love a good curry. I've had amazing Thai and Indian curries and this one just fell flat. There wasn't complexity in the flavor and no heat (I guess I should've ordered spicy). Naan and rice were fine, but I probably won't be returning. read more

Ordered the vegetable biryani and it wasn't real biryani. Barely had any vegetables, and it was flavorless. I could not even eat it. Normally a vegetable biryani would have something like potatoes, or paneer. This one was almost completely rice which had a yellowish color and had trace amounts of vegetables which I assume were just frozen vegetables. Also, no raita was given on the side, which is a standard for biryani. read more

A casual Indian spot with limited seating. I really enjoyed how crispy the naan was my favorite of the two were the garlic one, but you can't go wrong with either. I liked the vegetable samosa but I was disappointed to see that it was served with ketchup instead of the usual chutneys. The chicken vindaloo was pretty spicy which I enjoyed I just wished there was more of it. The flavor of the biryani was okay but I didn't like that all the rice grains were broken up and the egg was also a slightly rubbery. All in all the meal was just okay. I would go back but skip on the biryani. read more

Excellent service, and food came out quick. Ordered the chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and garlic naan. $50 dollars, okay, things are expensive now. Unfortunately though the amount of chicken in both servings was pretty pitiful for the price. Maybe just takeout servings are subpar? Flavors on both entrees were solid, but nothing particularly spectacular. Probably wouldn't come back. read more

This place is so new, they haven't finished installing their soda fountain, yet. But that doesn't stop their kitchen from serving some decent curries, tandoori specials, and rice dishes. The place is small, seating something like 25 to 30 people max. And it's busy for a reason: the food is good. I had the curry chicken dinner. It was spiced just right, with cardamom pods in the mix. Paired with some basmati rice, and a piece of fresh naan, and I'm a happy man. My friend got the Chicken Biryani. I didn't get to taste it, but it looked just right. The vegetable samosas we had are guaranteed crowd pleasers. Look, these guys are doing a fantastic job breaking in their business. Go give them a hand and order something you've never tasted before. Today I tried Halal King for lunch, when I entered I was greeted by a quiet calm environment. The service was great, my server was polite, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. I had the Palak Paneer, basmati rice, and a Mango Lassi. The Palak Paneer was good, very flavorful and filling. The Mango Lassi was a perfect drink to finish my meal leaving me refreshed. I will be returning here regularly and recommend that you stop in and try the food. read more

Doesn't look like much when you are driving by. Area is a little sketch, not going to lie. This place is no frills. I was craving Indian and found this place from the large number of google reviews. I ordered butter chicken and garlic nan on their website. They had a 25% discount if you order pickup, which was nice. When I arrived at the restaurant I was promptly greeted. It is very small, and not very much decor. My order was ready in the next minute and I was out the door. This food was phenomenal! I can't stress this enough. I almost went back for more garlic nan. I devoured it. Flavors were on point, cooked perfectly. The butter chicken was a solid choice as well. They provide lots of sauce which I can appreciate. I can't recall last time I had Indian this good. I will be ordering take out again in the near future. read more

I ordered butter chicken and veggie malai curry for delivery which took 1hr45min to arrive when I live 5 minutes from the store. The butter chicken and samosa was pretty nice. The naan and rice were fine. The curry, however, was just awful. It seemed to be microwaved frozen mixed veggies in mayo that was microwaved. The sauce was separated with so much oil and just a bland, somewhat sweet mayo flavor. read more

Amazing food, amazing service! We tried the Chicken 65 Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Tandoori wings. The atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. While we waited we were given bottles of water and mango juice, however the wait was not long at all. Our orders were taken quickly and in no time at all we were served very fresh, hot, delicious meals. The seasoning and the spiciness were perfect (mild requested for the tikka). We asked if they had masala chai tea though we didn't see it on the menu, and they made some for us fresh to order. Excellent prices for the quantity and quality of the food. The gentleman in the front offered us a free beverage of our choice while we waited and was very friendly to everyone in there. This place is a little hole in the wall, tiny little shop that looks like any small town restaurant- but let me tell you, the food has BIG flavors. Anything that has coconut is amazing, the naan is always flavorful and perfect to eat with rice and curry. The portions are BIG, managing to hide a whole egg in my meal without even knowing. We ordered takeout yesterday, expecting deliciousness from the excellent reviews, but were very disappointed when we got home with our meals because there was no Naan bread included with the orders of beef and rice and chicken and rice. Also we asked for the sauce to be medium hot and although it was tasty, it was disappointingly too very mild. Thirdly, the meat proportions were meager compared to the big piles of plain rice. My family loves this place! Although the restaurant is very casual and no frills, the food and service more than makes up for it. We came in late on a Friday evening and ordered two meals and sides. We were treated like family, welcomed and served with amazingly Indian curry cuisine and fried chicken. Each dish was freshly made by a scrupulous chef and brought under the owner's eye by Kazi. Everything was wonderful - fresh, delicious and as my eyes are bigger than my stomach, it was indeed a feast with dishes surrounding both my husband and myself. They even served authentic chai tea. They were gracious enough to wrap up all the dishes that we couldn't finish and sent us on our way wishing we had asked the owner where his other two restaurants were. I have been craving more since we last visited and it is so worth the time to go in and eat...good people, good food and good location! read more
