    Chicken vindaloo
    Kellis N.

A casual Indian spot with limited seating. I really enjoyed how crispy the naan was my favorite of the two were the garlic one, but you can't go wrong with either. I liked the vegetable samosa but I was disappointed to see that it was served with ketchup instead of the usual chutneys. The chicken vindaloo was pretty spicy which I enjoyed I just wished there was more of it. The flavor of the biryani was okay but I didn't like that all the rice grains were broken up and the egg was also a slightly rubbery. All in all the meal was just okay. I would go back but skip on the biryani.

This place is so new, they haven't finished installing their soda fountain, yet. But that doesn't stop their kitchen from serving some decent curries, tandoori specials, and rice dishes. The place is small, seating something like 25 to 30 people max. And it's busy for a reason: the food is good. I had the curry chicken dinner. It was spiced just right, with cardamom pods in the mix. Paired with some basmati rice, and a piece of fresh naan, and I'm a happy man. My friend got the Chicken Biryani. I didn't get to taste it, but it looked just right. The vegetable samosas we had are guaranteed crowd pleasers. Look, these guys are doing a fantastic job breaking in their business. Go give them a hand and order something you've never tasted before. Holler if you want some company.

Easily my favorite spot for curry and biryani. Best chiken tikka I've had, and if you like spicy food their extra spicy level is perfect.

Ordered Chicken 65 Pulav and Goat Biryani thru Uber Eats. Perfect packing and great service. Both were yummy and delicious. Tasty flavorful and semi good appearance. Pulav rice could definitely use more chicken, but my food arrived hot and quickly. I would have appreciated more if they have provided Mirchi Ka Salan and Raita side orders with my order. They go very well with these rice dishes. For Indian food lovers I highly recommend this restaurant. I promise you won't regret it. The chicken 65 Pulav is different from what you might usually expect in that, it is not served dry. There is a small amount of sauce coating to the chicken pieces that really enhance the flavor. I highly recommend getting this a bit spicier than you usually do. The Goat Biryani was different from other restaurants, it had a more taste of pepper and mint taste to it. The best part is that they have given a full boiled egg with each of my dish. I am no connoisseur of Indian cuisine, but I love this place for the quality, portions, and price. The convenience as it's super easy to order through Uber Eats. I look forward to becoming more familiar with their menu.

They were friendly and food came out within 10 minutes. We got chicken Tikka masala, lamb Briyani, and garlic naan. The lamb was soft and we requested mild, so the flavor was light. We thought the dishes were relatively enjoyable for a quick take out situation, but the flavors/seasoning were on the light side. The garlic naan didnt have much of a garlic kick, which made it underwhelming. The main dishes were like $12-15. The prices appear to be the same as years ago! It looked like they were under construction with chairs out front. The interior could use some washing/cleaning around the walls and doors. Be warned: Mughal doesn't offer a "mild" option. It just doesn't exist. Not every dish is fiery, but the flavors are bold and unapologetic and definitely not for the faint of heart. This is a "no frills" dining establishment. There is no fancy decor. There are no crowd-pleasing, Americanized dishes. Get your own water. Besides the people behind the counter, there is no full-service wait-staff. Their energy is spent on the food. And when we were there, brown people were certainly there en force, chowing down. I think the cooks are Pakistani. I may be wrong about that. Certainly they are Muslim, and their cooking leans decidedly in that direction. If you want to skip the rich gravies, go for the "mixed grill," a tandoori platter piled high with perfectly seasoned meats. Naan arrives hot, huge, and fluffy, while the basmati rice is consistently cooked to perfection.

I've been trying to enjoy their food for months, and I will say I can't believe I didn't just come down on a weekend. (It's quite a ways for me, and with work... honestly I'm just making excuses. Now I know I needed to stop whining and just go.) The employees at the restaurant and grocery store both were very friendly! They helped me out tremendously as I had no idea what I wanted to eat and shop for, mostly because I've never had this type of cuisine. The flavor profile is insane. Especially in the three things I recommend. This corner of the world is known for their seasonings, and they 100% know how to use them. The meals here make you actually stop and appreciate the love that's cooked into the food. I honestly can't wait to try more meals here. This team really carries the flavor and quality to a whole new standard! It took me two days to type this up, as I honestly couldn't figure out how to put my experience into words. I really hope you enjoy your meal at least half as much as I have. Cons? I will say if you're not accustomed to this style of traditionally prepared meals, they do leave the bone in. Don't let that detour you, as there is a science behind the reason. Also, some people really like the bone marrow inside the bone. So that is the reason for the question mark, as I personally don't mind but know some people do. Also, you may want to park in the gas station next door as the parking lot is a little crowded at times. Plus you'll have a red light to aid in your departure.

I must admit to being pleasantly surprised - sure this isn't the best Indian, but nor is it the worst I've ever had - the flavors seemed fairly "right on" to me. Nothing was over-the-top in heat and they offered both goat and chicken. My only disappointment was in the general warmth of several of the dishes but I wasn't really surprised due to they're being in a buffet table. The hotel pan of naan bread was abysmal - dried out and cold, however we were offered fresh so I won't count that against the place. The server also greeted us at the door and I have a feeling it may have been the owner. There's a giant fish tank in the center of the room that would have added to an otherwise plain interior, if it wasn't for the annoying child standing in front of it talking to herself regarding pretty much everything in the tank. I got to hear all as she was standing right behind me. I really don't understand this trend of parents allowing their children to run around unsupervised but that's a different issue. I won't go to much into the food itself other than to note the tandoori chicken was right on, the chicken tika masala was really good, the fried veggies cold and the biryani not worth eating. But this being a buffet there was still plenty to sample and there wasn't anything there that was worse than my expectations - actually the tika was above average I thought. So the real standout and reason for a return trip is the price - $7.99 for an evening Indian buffet! For that price I can put up with a few inferior items - heck they serve liquor too.

We ordered our food at the counter and to our surprise, the food was actually reasonably price for bengladeshi food. Our total came up around $60 for three people and we still had food remaining. A couple things I didn't like: They used paper plates which I find was not presentable especially with this type of cuisine since some of our dishes were saucey. I also didn't like how they gave us the rice in one paper plate. They should've given us rice in individual bowls. Also the sauces for the chicken samosas lacked flavor and was too liquidy They also used a lot of oil in their cooking. What we ordered: three chicken samosas, chicken tikka masala, goat curry, chicken roast, garlic naan, and lamb biriyani Our favorite dish was the goat curry. It was very flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice that kind of just sneaks up on you. Chicken tikka masala was also great if you like it in the sweeter side. I also felt like it could be creamier. The lamb biriyani was okay but it had the most oil on the plate. Least favorite was the chicken roast. I thought it was going to be like a bbq type of chicken but it turns out that it's just a really saucey dish. Sadly, I didn't really like the flavor of it. Overall, I think that ZamZam is worth visiting again but I will probably only order to-go instead of dining in. I really liked how the food was reasonably priced.
