They were friendly and food came out within 10 minutes. We got chicken Tikka masala, lamb Briyani, and garlic naan. The lamb was soft and we requested mild, so the flavor was light. We thought the dishes were relatively enjoyable for a quick take out situation, but the flavors/seasoning were on the light side. The garlic naan didnt have much of a garlic kick, which made it underwhelming. The main dishes were like $12-15. The prices appear to be the same as years ago! It looked like they were under construction with chairs out front. The interior could use some washing/cleaning around the walls and doors. I noticed the health inspection updates on yelp right before I wrote this post and it looks like the scores have gone down over the past 5 years.

The space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There was something about it that made you feel like you were eating at a family's place and they genuinely wanted to make sure you were well fed and taken care of. The service was fantastic. Our server had this confident, assuring energy when making his recommendations, like he knew exactly what we needed to order, and he absolutely delivered. There were a few of us, so we shared a variety of dishes, including butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, samosa chaat, samosas, naan, and more. Everything was so, so good. Rich, flavorful, comforting, and just delicious. Between the food, the service, and how warm and welcoming the entire experience felt, I completely understand why our family comes here often. We will definitely be returning the next time we're in Atlanta!

It was my 1st time having Bangladeshi food and it was amazing. The ambiance in the restaurant was very cool and colorful. I'm definitely going back with some of my other friends soon. We ordered 2 Lassi which was a mango drink which was so tasty. A shingaarar chat as an appetizer which was chopped up vegetable shingaara on a bed of garbanzo beans, served with spicy mint yogurt and tamarind sauce and chopped cilantro, it tasted so amazing. For the entrées we ordered the lamb shank ponir which was very flavorful, the shrimp banghari and a mixed nan.. all the food was amazing as well as the service which was top notch. This place is a hidden gem. Whoever is in the area definitely has to check this place out..

DO NOT FORGET THE TAMARIND SUACE. It really enhances the already delicious samosas. I see the size of the samosas have gotten smaller (I will blame inflation...). The people who work here are super nice as well.

I've been trying to enjoy their food for months, and I will say I can't believe I didn't just come down on a weekend. (It's quite a ways for me, and with work... honestly I'm just making excuses. Now I know I needed to stop whining and just go.) The employees at the restaurant and grocery store both were very friendly! They helped me out tremendously as I had no idea what I wanted to eat and shop for, mostly because I've never had this type of cuisine. The flavor profile is insane. Especially in the three things I recommend. This corner of the world is known for their seasonings, and they 100% know how to use them. The meals here make you actually stop and appreciate the love that's cooked into the food. I honestly can't wait to try more meals here. This team really carries the flavor and quality to a whole new standard! It took me two days to type this up, as I honestly couldn't figure out how to put my experience into words. I really hope you enjoy your meal at least half as much as I have. Cons? I will say if you're not accustomed to this style of traditionally prepared meals, they do leave the bone in. Don't let that detour you, as there is a science behind the reason. Also, some people really like the bone marrow inside the bone. So that is the reason for the question mark, as I personally don't mind but know some people do. Also, you may want to park in the gas station next door as the parking lot is a little crowded at times. Plus you'll have a red light to aid in your departure.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food overall was just so-so, but the rice was the biggest letdown ...it was dry, tasted old, and seemed like it had been sitting for quite a while. Good rice is such an important part of an Indian meal, so it really affected the entire experience. With so many excellent, authentic Indian restaurants in the area, it's hard to recommend this place in its current state. I hope the owners put more care and attention into the quality and freshness of their food because the potential is there. Until then, I'd suggest trying one of the many other great Indian restaurants nearby.

Waitstaff was a little irritated with something else. Complimentary appetizer came out. Then samosas. Beautiful presentation, just not as flavorful as I'm use to. Then garlic naan. Oh my gosh! Those were amazing. Curry veggies comes with briyani rice. I ordered mild spice, tasted like no spice. Very filling just wouldn't order again. I would go back for their buffet.

My family and I wanted to try this new bengladeshi restaurant. We walked in and noticed how clean…read morethe place was. We ordered our food at the counter and to our surprise, the food was actually reasonably price for bengladeshi food. Our total came up around $60 for three people and we still had food remaining. A couple things I didn't like: They used paper plates which I find was not presentable especially with this type of cuisine since some of our dishes were saucey. I also didn't like how they gave us the rice in one paper plate. They should've given us rice in individual bowls. Also the sauces for the chicken samosas lacked flavor and was too liquidy They also used a lot of oil in their cooking. What we ordered: three chicken samosas, chicken tikka masala, goat curry, chicken roast, garlic naan, and lamb biriyani Our favorite dish was the goat curry. It was very flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice that kind of just sneaks up on you. Chicken tikka masala was also great if you like it in the sweeter side. I also felt like it could be creamier. The lamb biriyani was okay but it had the most oil on the plate. Least favorite was the chicken roast. I thought it was going to be like a bbq type of chicken but it turns out that it's just a really saucey dish. Sadly, I didn't really like the flavor of it. Overall, I think that ZamZam is worth visiting again but I will probably only order to-go instead of dining in. I really liked how the food was reasonably priced.

However they do give you a free glass of tap water. The food is PRE-Made frozen and microwaved and served to you. Scam!! Not fresh. Service- it's the kitchen staff serving you and they don't speak English. Ambience- it stinks like raw goat meat cause there is a butcher shop right inside the restaurant and a supermarket with over priced stuff. The cash register guy was picking his nose and texting. We got: - Chicken Satay: The chicken itself was so believable, stringy and smoky! And crunchy (though I'm used to satay meat being grilled). The sauce was tasty too- peanut-y, sweet, hint of curry. However, for $8, I'd expect at least 4 skewers. - Shrimp Chow Kway Teow: CKT is one of my favorite noodle dishes ever, and Mamak's version certainly did it justice. The wok hei was so present, the noodles perfectly chewy, and the veggies (snow pea, onion, carrot, bean sprouts) well-cooked. The shrimp was insane, so bouncy and real-feeling. - Olive Fried Rice: Can't say I've ever had olive leaves before, this dish was delightful! Lots of great toppings (tofu, carrot, green bean, mushroom) that gave some textural diversity. - Black Pepper Beef: The black pepper essence was clearly distinguishable, but the sauce was too sweet for me. The beef was truly reminiscent of the actual thing. Lots of tasty veggies again (cauliflower, celery, jicama, carrot, bell pepper). Overall, taste-wise, all of the dishes were great; however, we did not feel portion sizes matched prices. Service could also stand to improve, with regards to attentiveness. To note, the restaurant is self-seating (I wish there was something that said this at the entrance). You can pay the bill via QR code, but there's a platform fee (I wonder if you could avoid that if you pay physically). Lots of parking available. 9/10 would recommend!
