While the food is good, I will tell you that it is unique while still authentic for example, the crispy Palabok pancit is quite trendy. The lumpia Shanghai was good and you could actually taste the pork. The dessert of the flan combined cake was also good and not overly sweet. The chicken adobo was a bit on the salty side. And frankly, I thought there would be more chicken. The pork barbecue skewers were good, but not sweet and usually Filipino barbecue is supposed to be more on the sweeter side. The Halo halo was unique in the sense that it had some odd fixings on it such as marshmallows and candy that are not part of a special let alone traditional version of this. It also was missing quite a few ingredients that are what I would deem required. For example, no jackfruit and no sweet beans. I have to say, though this place definitely does justice to the Filipino culture and Filipino cuisine overall it is still a great strong restaurant that I would recommend you go to and check out. I have no other comparisons for the area, but this was definitely well worth the visit. The decor is absolutely incredible as well. Truly authentic and pays good homage to the culture and country. Congratulations to these owners and cooks for all that they have accomplished and so happy to be able to patronize Filipino owners. The next time I noticed you could order online, so I did that thinking I'd beat the system. The app said my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes after that to be safe. When I walked in and said I'd ordered online, they asked what I wanted so they could start making it, then told me it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I couldn't believe they hadn't even started it yet.
