This was my FIRST TIME ever getting my makeup…read moreprofessionally done by a makeup artist for a family photoshoot session so I was a bit nervous. I knew I was in great hands with Jazmin. From the beginning to the end, Jazmin is an expert at her craft and handles everything with ease. Prior to my appointment, I sent her several examples of the makeup look I was wanting to have accomplished for my photo session. On the day of my appointment, Jazmin was prompt and punctual. She was ready to go and waiting for me in her studio with her entire setup, which consisted of the works: client chair, music, makeup, lighting, and plenty of air conditioning in this crazy heat. Jazmin explained to me the different looks that I had sent to her and she consulted with me on what she recommended after finding out the time and location of the photoshoot along with knowing the colors I would be wearing. She analyzed my skins texture and went to work. I just wanted to let you know again how much I appreciate everything you did to put me at ease when it came to giving me a beautiful makeup look for my family portraits. Jazmin is very down to earth, has a gorgeous personality and a magnificent vibe. She understood what I was trying to accomplish for myself and she delivered! I've only seen a few sneak peek photos from the photographer's professional digital camera and needless to say, they are stunning. The photographer wanted to know who I hired to do my makeup because she said my makeup was so beautiful and perfect for the outdoor photo session. Jazmin made sure that my makeup wouldn't budge or smear despite the excessive heat we've been experiencing this summer and she did just that. 8 hours later, my makeup was still looking fresh and beautiful. You are a genius! I just wanted to thank you again for doing my makeup and I will definitely hire you again anytime I need to get glammed up for a special occasion. You're the best Jazmin!

She says she will look into her schedule. No call received. - After 3 days, I went to the shop, none answered the door on a Saturday. The business next to her took my name and number so she could tell Shannon. - After 3 days no calls. When I called, she picked up but she says " I'm on Thanksgiving vacation. I will call you next week." She also acknowledged that the next door business told her that I came to her shop. But again she didn't bother to make a call. - Wednesday the following week I called again. She said she texted me. No proof of that. I took her cellphone number and did a test message where she replied and it went with no problem. - This time she instructed me to cancel my groupon with no further explanation. Groupon doesn't accept refund after 3 days of purchase! She could've told me this the first time I told her that I will use a groupon voucher, which is 2 weeks ago. - She further gave me more instructions......1. Cancel Groupon 2. Pay $25 deposit thru zelle or square 3. Screenshot the groupon voucher (which I dont get because shes not accepting it anyway) 4. Email the voucher and/or 5. Print the voucher and slip thru her shop front door. - I followed all (except #5). I asked if she recieved my email - no response (after 12 hours and counting). She denied receiving the screenshot sent thru text. - I realized after all that back and forth and many instruction, I still didn't get an appointment! - UNPROFESSIONALISN TO ITS FINEST

There was truly space for the regular girl who just wants to learn how to do makeup in a way that actually works for HER features and skin I originally took this class because of my graduation coming up plus other life events, and I can honestly say it helped me understand my face, my skin, what works for me, and how to enhance my features instead of hiding them. I learned so many little things that make such a big difference. I genuinely wish I would've done this sooner I would recommend this class to everybody, whether you wear makeup every day or barely know where to start. Such a good experience
