There was truly space for the regular girl who just wants to learn how to do makeup in a way that actually works for HER features and skin I originally took this class because of my graduation coming up plus other life events, and I can honestly say it helped me understand my face, my skin, what works for me, and how to enhance my features instead of hiding them. Waited 5 more min and no one was there. I had plans for after my appointment so no point in waiting around if they were closed. It was my first time trying this place out as well. Nathaly, (In Response To Yours) I Appreciate your reply, but I need to correct your comment in that no one in your group repeatedly asked me or my bridesmaids if we felt everything looked good. I do recall one of my bridesmaid Elizabeth telling you her lashes were not on correctly, and you stopping what you were working on to fix the work of you assistants, who seemed to be inexperienced students. I noticed you had to do that multiple times. My bridesmaids and I felt you rushed through styling our hair and applying our makeup. None of us were really given the opportunity to evaluate your work or point out anything wrong to you, as you immediately packed your things and left. Yes, you are correct at my makeup trial you used your so called " Flawless skin-like foundation" but when I got home after my appointment that day, my complexion looked orange and not at all a good color match. That is when I decided to use my own Estee Lauder makeup, which matches my skin tone perfectly and is NEVER CAKEY! I felt that you, as a professional makeup artist, would be able to work with a well known product such as Estee Lauder, and apply my makeup look without cakiness or leave loose hairs from your brushes on my face. Your reply did not address my complaint of my hairstyle. I was completely DISSATISFIED with the end result. The style I chose after our trial appointment you assured me you could absolutely achieve with no problems. My hairstyle was falling apart even before I left for the wedding venue and had to be adjusted and fixed to hold up the veil and decorative headband multiple times throughout the evening. My review was to make you aware of the outcome of your RUSHED work and that of your assistants. I now feel you took offense and attempted to blame me for all your shortcomings. read more

Ok so here's the deal, this place seems legitimately established. Reviews are great, pictures of work is good. Location was decent. After seeing an Ad for brow Lamination I decided to give it a try. A promotion was offered for a weekend appointment, which fit my schedule perfectly. I sent deposit and booked my appointment. I even got my sister to book an appointment. The promotion stated a $20 discount on $62 for brow lamination. Great deal right?! Well my sisters appointment was first and she came out completely disappointed. And after seeing her Brow s I was determined to cancel my appointment. I called her explaining my sisters experience and I told her I wouldn't like that to happen to me. She stated that she had used a different product/ solution that didn't work well for lamination and in turn left my sisters brows un- laminated(my sister still paid for the service). She assured me she would use a different solution and that she would contact my sister to re-do her eyebrows. So I gave her the Benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment. She did my eyebrows but like I expected they didn't turn out great. She seemed, unsure and inexperienced, it made me feel like I wouldn't want to go back again. Don't get me wrong, She's a kind girl trying to make a living. But what was entirely upsetting is that she ended up reaching out to my sister to redo her lamination for an additional charge of $42!! Like what, are you kidding me? What kind of business is this? You provide a service and it doesn't go as planned yet the customer has to pay again?? Unbelievable! I don't support, nor recommend a place that will not take responsibility for there own actions. If anything should come of this is refund the money. So, if you plan on going here, make sure you know what you're getting for the service you are paying. Its a shame how all these young, money hungry "entrepreneurs" are doing to try to get on top. And to the actual business owner, having these new technicians working in your salon under your name, and them taking no responsibility for terrible work/service will hinder your establishment. I got married in October 2022 and I had booked with Nancy and her team since February 2022 for my wedding, both hair and makeup plus extensions was done for myself, plus all my bridesmaids and flower girl got their hair done with Nancy and her assistant the day of the wedding. All my bridesmaids, flower girl, my mom, and MIL hair and makeup came out good. However, my hair and makeup appeared very amateur when done on me but I figured I was overthinking it especially because I was stressed out. After seeing pictures of the wedding and other people telling me how sloppy my hair and makeup was the day of my wedding I became upset. I know Nancy is very talented and gets down on the looks she does but I think she did not book enough time for me to get my hair and makeup done with her. If you're a bride and want to make sure you're makeup looks good and hair too, make sure to tell Nancy to work with you for extra extra time.
