So I decided to style it , applied heat protection and straighten them on low heat to see if the ends will get better They got worst! The hair smelt burnt and the texture felt rough ! I can't get the burnt smell out of my hair Idk if the owner knows but this hair is poor quality ! Do not buy! I got two packs and can't get a refund :( This hair is definitely mixed with synthetic! When she didnt understand what I asked she called and asked for clarification. The communication was perfect from the beginning. She booked my 2 year old with Tiffany and I had to call to change the appointment for my niece. That wasn't an issue. She was More than understanding.
