Paula quickly helped me by letting me try on different wigs and provided a kind and safe environment. She had a large variety of all kinds of beautiful wigs, it was so hard to choose just one! Once I decided on which wig I wanted, she answered all my questions, helped me learn how to care for the wig, how to put on the wig, and even made sure I knew how to do it myself. She pointed me in the right direction and I am so happy I was able to purchase from her shop. She is extremely kind, personable, and supportive for all different kinds of needs for her clients. I left feeling extremely happy with my purchase and felt like I was genuinely cared for by her. I struggle with trichotillomania and have suffered significant hair loss, which has taken a toll on my self image and confidence. Thank you, Paula for your kindness. It truly touched my heart.
