Polish came off on day 2... bad quality service

They charged me $50 bucks for the deluxe pedicure. And was suggested to go with gel so that the polish atleast stays for 2- 4 weeks. And on day -2 the polish chipped off. Very bad quality...

Omg I loved it here! The service was amazing and they are so quick and efficient. The ladies here are so nice and fun to chat with. I needed a pedi and a full set and was welcomed right away by a very nice lady. I chose my color and was started on right away. I chose the deluxe pedi and the lady who did my pedi took her time and rid a great job. At the same time another lady came and started on my nails. So at the same time I getting both my nails and feet done which was great since I don't like to spend more than an hour in nail salon. I loved the outcome of my nails they did such an amazing job! I highly recommend!

Honestly won't be coming back here. The lady that did my acrylics was doing it really fast, not even checking the length before trimming them so my nails were uneven (ex. the nails on my pinky). She also filed them so fast and hard that it hurt. She didn't fill my nails enough so it already looks like my nails are growing. My mom didn't really like her nails either. It was not worth the amount they charge with the sloppy job that they do. They are lucky my mom is nice and gave a tip anyway, but it was definitely not for their service, it was more for running their business during COVID. Onto the next nail salon.

Got my nails done on 08/12 and two days later they were completely popping off throughout the day. I was in town visiting from Texas. When I tried to send photos and get a refund for my nails I was hung up on twice. I have file with the police department, BBB, and also the board of cosmetology today. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Torn up nails because I wanted acrylics off but no new set

I was a walk in as the boyfriend shopped at Costco. Lady kept pushing me to "just do new set" Multiple times I asked to only remove my acrylics ,I gave excuses , low on time and I'll come back. She was making me uncomfortable. I wish I got her name but she was at the front when I walked in. She used a nail tip to pry off the acrylic I had on my nails after trimming the ends SUPER PAINFUL. She didn't even care I asked if I can soak them in acetone (more gentle removal) "we no do soak here" Then insinuated I waited too long for a fill which is why my nail broke (reason for my visit /business here) She filed my nails with the acrylic file before realizing she needed a softer one (got up from her station and went to grab it off another ) because I said it's too scratchy my cuticles were torn up and she did crack my natural nail trying to pry off the nails but said my nails are "weak" $10 I didn't tip I'm not from Tracy. This place was recommended by boyfriend's family :( they get better guest service I guess

It pains me to rate this shit hole one star! Don't waste your time and money. I'll spare the details, in short, they do a half ass job, they do not clean your cuticles or even ask (we're in a pandemic, the vast majority of us haven't had access to nail services for gosh knows how long-cuticles should be a must!), they are incapable of doing basic designs. Apparently, one lady does the "designs"but couldn't draw two lines. I made an appointment was on time and basically got pushed to the side. $55 later, I walked out with one dull finger with black fuzz stuck to it (due to the many failed attempts at two lines) and super glue on my fingers (completely visible) and the lady made zero attempts to remove it. What I got vs. what I asked for...

Love this place!! 5***** for sure and some! Tiffany and Ivy are running an awesome Nail salon!! Their customer service is superb!! Everyone on staff is great, attentive and very professional. The end product is always as expected and above expectations!! I live in the bay but make my way to Tracy to see them every other week and sometimes weekly (color change lol). I've gone elsewhere when I wasn't able to get to Tracy and I ended up disappointed. If you're wanting excellent service, top notch nails, wax and a good friendly conversation come to Haileys!! My girl is Tiffany, she is awesome and comical lol! When you leave there, you will leave happier, kick ass nails, refreshed and feeling like part of a new family! I loved my experience here. I walked in on a weekend for a full set and only had to wait a few minutes and they did such a good job, probably the best set I've gotten. My fiancé also got a manicure, and he loved it. Will definitely be coming here again.

I have given this place multiple chances, only because they are super close to my job & convenience. But I just cannot loose any more money. I leave here feeling worse about my fingers and toes than when I walk in. They are in such a rush all the time that they do not pay ANY attention to detail, your requests or anything. This looks freaking ridiculous and I paid $40. I tried to tell her to fix the cuticle area and why they got filed down so damn much, I'm upset now, but I asked nicely. She got mad and started throwing my hand around and yanking it. She was saying, "Where?! Where?!" Loudly. Like LADY, really? I'm just done with this place. It's always a disappointment. I am always asked by my customers at work if this is a good place to go to but I am confidently telling them no. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to just leave me like this & then get mad when I ask you to fix something to my liking?

I didn't like this place. I was happy at first because they weren't busy. Then, they said to soak my feet. The water was ice cold. Nice!! Not! So the lady added warm water. I sat down and there was a nice lump in back. The lady already working on my feet didn't understand me when I asked her to fix it. Another lady came and fixed it with her hand on the chair al the way down my back,tearing apart the back of the chair,hitting me in the head with a pillow, she finally fixed the chair. So during my foot was supposed to be relaxing massage I couldn't even sit back for the first 10 minutes. The lady did my nails and didn't do anything to help them dry, did not set me under the dryer, did not put anything on the help and dry and I've left. 30 minutes later I sat down crossed my legs and got a smudge. I thought they would be dry by then, most of the time they are but most of the time they put you on her dryer or spray them soooo I won't go back. I was looking forward to it all week and was just disappointed. read more

FINALLY someone who can do nails!!!! Tiffany is just about the best in acrylics/gel nails. Here is what I love....the place is clean, they speak English and Tiffany just knows how to do nails and make them look natural! no bulky, chunky, duck feet like nails here! Ive showed her a few pictures of nail art i find on Pinterest and she does EXACTLY what I show her. She is a little expensive but the powder they use is amaizing! Ive had my nails on now for three weeks and not one has chipped or come off!!!! Pedis are fantastic here too!!! read more

There should be an option for NO stars !!! HORRIBLE service . Ivy did a full set and when I told her the glitter is not the one I picked she kept trying to assure me it was , then Ivy Proceeded to do them and while she was I told her this wasn't what I wanted but, she told me she needed to add more layers for it to come out the way I wanted . Towards the end I finally told her to take it off because it just didn't look good at all . She got upset and copped attitude and said "I no do mor glitter fo you no moe" so I picked a solid ... TWICE . Which she have attitude and said they didn't have those colors without even looking .... Basically giving me no option but to get CLEAR . 30.00 for plain nails is RIDICULOUS . PLUS there was hair stuck in the middle of a mail and they didn't match . Some were wider and longer than the rest . I will never go there to her again . I should have stuck to TIFFANY . She has a great personality and does WONDERFUL nails . ASK FOR TIFFANY !!! I was so mad we went to Versailles salon to fix and finish my nails . Wonderful lady there did an excellent job !! read more

I love going to this place, for a pedicure. The ladies are so nice here And make you feel welcome. I don't get manis because I'm so hard on my hands, so if feel it's a waste of money for me, but this is the place to go for a good pedi! Make sure when you go ask for Kim, she has great customer service... Trust me I'm picky when it comes to getting my pedis done right! read more

I went in yesterday on my way home. Had my toes and nails done. The next morning, I was on my computer and I noticed the nail polish peeling off of my finger nails. It was not only peeling off, it was lifting up off my nails. I have never had this happen before. I went back today to show them what had happened. I asked for my money back only for the nail job, not the pedicure. They just flat said no. In fact they accused me of doing something to my nails. I just wanted my money back for the nails, but they refused. If you want a bad manicure -go here. read more

Let's just say I am only grateful they stayed open after 7 pm but this place was a ripoff. They did a poor job on my gel manicure and were going to leave huge white tips on my toes for the French tip had I not said anything. For my manicure, simple pedicure and nail polish change for my daughter $60, which I wouldn't mind paying if the result was decent at least. Will plan better next time and wait for sure. read more

i went on a Friday to get my nails done before going on my belated honeymoon. Two people worked on me at the same time. It was a total rush job. I asked for a french tip gel manicure. It turned out lumpy and sloppy. My pedicure was slightly better. I would avoid this place. read more

Had to edit my review.....went a month ago and had the nicest lady who did a great job but when I asked she would not give her name and said she did not take appointments. So I went a few days ago hoping for the same service. I arrived in the morning soon after they opened and was the only one there. I picked my polish and sat where the receptionist told me, the back of the salon smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette. The technician then came out and was coughing the whole time and rushed through my pedicure so fast and sloppily that I could not even sit and enjoy. I was there 20 minutes from start to finish. Just doesn't cut it for me and I won't be going back. read more

This is the best place to get youre nails done in Tracy. I have been there a few times now and everytime has been a great experience. They do a great job on Acrylics and they have great hot stone pedi's.The Staff is very friendly and they always remember me. I have been to a few other nail salons in Tracy before them. And I will never go anywhere else. Go check them out!!! read more

These ladies are friendly as well as provide great services! I have been going to their nail salon for about 3 yrs steady now. They are very timely and meticulous. My faves are Jennifer & Tiffany ;) The polish on my toes stays on great (4 weeks +) and I love getting the shellac polish for my fingers which looks fabulous and lasts 2-4 wks. Prices reasonable too! The salon is not fancy, but that doesn't matter much to me as long as the $ and service are up to par. read more

I'm really disappointed when I read the reviews on this page. A lot of it I can't believe it to be true. I have been going to this salon for at least 3 years probably longer. Tiffany is by far the best, I cannot say enough good things about her and her creativity in doing nails. She always does an awesome job, and her designs are outstanding ! When Tiffany is not there Ivy will do my nails and she is just as good ! They have the most friendliest staff and always make you feel welcome. I have tried many salons throughout Tracy over the 15 years that I have lived here and I will only go to Hailey from now on. There pedicures are awesome as well, no complaints there ! This shop has had a serious upgrade. Previous owners although well know in the community did not offer much in terms of shop ambiance or new exciting colors, designs, shapes etc... theses girls are the bomb!! They have the shop looking good smelling good and they will have you looking good and smelling good too. They have all the new colors and techniques. They work quickly but efficiently. Which is another plus for me being that I come on my lunch Break. They are also very personable and they work hard to make sure you will be a return customer. read more

A friend of mine told me about this place. I'm not one to get pedicures. This was my first time. So, I made an appointment and I got Tiffany to do my pedicure. Honestly, I was very surprised at the attention to detail. She was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience for my first time and will do it again.
