I have been to Aloha nails about 6 times now and love it. It is officially my new nail spot! The acrylic set and then fills last a long time, the facility is very clean & updated, the employees are very friendly and they helped me find the color I was looking for! Thank you Lena!

Lena did an excellent job again. She always does exactly what I ask for. Definitely would recommend. She's so gently and sweet.

Aloha has new owners and management. But I was delighted that Son, one of my favorite Pedicurists, is still there. He always does a fantastic job with my ingrown toenail challenges by removing them and making my toes feel so much better. And Lena, one of the new owners, did a great job with my acrylic fill and gel polish.

Anne does my nails so great. Always nice and makes sure its perfect. Very clean inside. Tiffany did my feet great and neat as well.

My eyelid is cut and skin is shredded WTF

Horrible management and waxing lady I've never been cut and cut repeatedly telling her "stop I'm bleeding" she kept going I got up and told her stop just stop. Face skin is very sensitive and doesn't and never should be scrubbed repeatedly with paper towels my eyebrows are burning and to top it all off the manager tells me it's going to be $28?! For an eyebrow clean and top lip, absolutely ridiculous do not waste your time, nails her are horrible go down town or across the street. Wish I could give a Zero star 1 star is way to much

The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. They did an amazing job on both my nails and pedicure. Everything came out exactly how I wanted and the attention to detail was great. I really appreciated how patient and friendly everyone was throughout my appointment. When I first walked in, the lady at the front desk was already in a bad mood. Customer service is hard so I didn't let it bother me too much. Then I'm asking my nail tech simple questions like, what type of pinks do you have? "We have everything." Just cut and dry. She was filing my nails (all I got was a manicure, no polish or gel or acrylic) she seemed so upset that she had to do my nails that I decided it was best I just leave. I'm more than happy to pay for the work that was done in the 10 mins that I was there which was $40! I was quoted $50 for a full manicure with French. You would think they would try to fix what's wrong before overcharging me lol. I paid and won't be back. Salons are supposed to make you feel good when you leave, not worse! read more

Anna and her sister both do an excellent job on my nails! They are very gentle and nice and their nails last and stay on great . Aloha Nails is very professional and clean They do what you ask without getting offended they treat you and your hands with respect . Bless Threading is down the street from where I work, and my coworker comes here all the time on her lunch breaks. So, I was like why not? The waiting room is a good size with benches to wait your turn. I walked in and was unfamiliar with the process. I was greeted warmly, but wasn't given any direction on what to do. I saw that there was a signup sheet and I filled that out. It seemed like a popular place to go to because the waiting room was filled for a Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get my threader's name, but she was sweet! I asked her if she can try to match my left brow to my right brow. I know brows aren't identical twins, more so like distant cousins, but it would be nice for them to look like siblings at least. She took her time to match them up as much as she can. In all, I think I would go back! It's close enough to work where I could go quickly on my lunch break. They're decently priced. And they're efficient!

As for a nail salon, it gets the job done, and more! They offer extended services on almost everything, for example rather than just a simple pedicure, they have like 7 different options depending on your needs. Color options are amazing! The owner probably has an addiction for buying nail polishes because their colors are always updated and always has the new colors that OPI is releasing for the season. Even their gel colors are always constantly changing. MANICURES: When I go, I'm always chasing a new hyped style trending in the nails world, no matter what I show them, they make it exactly how I like it down to the edge and length which is nice because I hate when I have one perspective and it comes out completely different. PEDICURES: I think they're introducing new products for your feet and I must say, THEYRE FREAKEN AMAZING. Starting with my pedicure, for work, I'm constantly showing my feet so my foot has to be on point but it sucks when I'm in sandals or heels for 8 hrs a day! My callus is constantly showing and my heels are constantly cracked (TMI because I know it's not cute) they used a new foot product that took away my cracks and soften my heel. Random but, I'm very ticklish so when they're scrubbing my feet, I'm constantly tryna hold myself together but they used a white foot scrubber and it has a softer surface so it takes the tickling away. Major pluses!!! Also, they have new exfoliating products for your actual legs. I tried it today and it left my legs feeling has if I had just shaved them (BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD RIGHT?) the new massage chairs are a little difficult to maneuver since they're more hi-tech but once you get the hang of them, they're awesome! As for the setting, it's a cozy spot, pretty roomy for a nail salon. I think it's they're 2nd time remodeling in the last two years but it's definitely working for them! Has a modern feel with updated almost everything (even the wall art) everything is very easy on the eyes. Service is better than most. Well...I had been coming here for awhile, however,things have been going downhill; as some other reviewers have mentioned too. First I have been having to wait 20+ minutes even when I made an appt. the ladies do get up often to do other things so the process takes even longer. And the price keeps going up every time I go in! My $75 pedicure ended up being $64 so I was big fan of the discount. The only downside to this nail salon (just like all the others) is they tell you a time and they end up being late. My appointment was at 11 but I didn't get into the chair until 11:06 and my service didn't start until 11:15. He looked confused. I tried to be patient and showed him the reference photo again. Instead of correcting the design properly, he just added a brown shade on top that looked more like a purple-gray tone. He never asked if I liked the result and simply kept going. After that, I moved to the chair for a basic pedicure. My friend also got the basic pedicure, but I somehow finished before she did even though she had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. The whole service felt very rushed. There was also very little communication throughout the appointment. When he finished painting my toes, he just got up and walked away without saying anything. We actually had to ask if we were done because no one told us. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. The technician said he could do the design I wanted but clearly did not know how. When I asked if the nails could be fixed, they told me no and said I should have said something earlier, even though I had shown the reference photo multiple times during the process. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the services I received. It has taken me a while to write this review because I was busy caring for my dog, who sadly has since passed away. I made my appointment online and they were able to get me in right away. The salon itself is beautiful and has a high-end appearance, and the receptionist was friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of my services did not match the appearance or the prices. I received a Gel-X new set for $110 and a gel pedicure for $82. With the cash discount, I paid $183 before tip and over $200 total after tipping. The appointment also became uncomfortable because I repeatedly heard things like "that's extra," "this color is extra," and "that costs extra." I appreciate being informed about additional charges beforehand, but hearing it repeatedly made the experience feel more focused on upselling and money than providing a relaxing, high-quality service. For the premium prices being charged, I expected premium-quality work. Unfortunately, the problems started almost immediately. My appointment was August 6. I am attaching a photo taken August 7 at 7:11 PM, literally the next day, showing that the gel polish on my pedicure had already chipped/come off. An $82 gel pedicure should not be chipping one day after the service. I also needed acrylic sculpted onto a toenail I had previously lost. The pedicure technician seemed unsure how to do it and brought over acrylic nail tips. The technician doing my manicure actually had to stop working on my hands, tell the other technician no, and take over doing the acrylic on my toenail herself. Then my Gel-X manicure started lifting and the nails began popping off. My second photo is dated August 14 at 7:02 AM, only eight days after my appointment, and shows the lifting/separation. The Gel-X application was also messy underneath my nails, with excess product globbed up on the undersides. In my opinion, the extensions did not appear to have been properly sized or applied. After spending over $200 including tip, having my $82 gel pedicure chip the very next day and my $110 Gel-X manicure begin lifting and coming apart within days was incredibly disappointing. Maybe I happened to get inexperienced technicians that day -- I can't say. But based on my experience, I personally would not return. At this point, I am not interested in returning to have the services redone. I would simply like my money refunded. I don't feel comfortable giving the salon another opportunity to work on my nails after this experience. This was supposed to be a small moment of self-care during an incredibly difficult time while I was dealing with my dog's health. Instead, I spent over $200 on nails that began falling apart almost immediately. A beautiful, high-end-looking salon doesn't make up for poor-quality work. For the prices being charged here, I expected the quality and longevity of the services to match. Unfortunately, in my experience, they did not. The dated photos I'm attaching were taken August 7 and August 14 following my August 6 appointment. I think the timeline and photos speak for themselves.
