Had a pedicure from Son, who listened to what my preferences were, and also expertly managed to trim out a painful somewhat ingrown nail that I couldn't do myself. Being proactive is way better than having to go to urgent care/doctor for this, and you get a beautiful pedicure and foot massage too. This salon has been under new ownership since a few months ago. Their response was they very rarely check the online appointments. What's the point of having it if you're not going to check it? They went to a different place and had a great experience. TL:DR This place is red flags galore. The people working there are very nice but do not speak English except for one person which will be very aggressive at getting payment before service is done including tip. And if you use a card, they will loudly ask you in front of everyone how much you're going to tip again before services are provided. The quality of nails is also lacking as everyone was being apologized to while I was there, including myself. There are also three different security cameras on the wall, just staring at everyone. read more

Overpriced. If ever you decided to come in and try - Help yourself and please ask the detailed summary of your bill first! Went on Gel Mani and Classic Pedi. I went in not seeing the prices (my fault) and girl - if my feet were not soaked yet, I will literally said no thank you and left. The prices are insane. Classic Pedi offers, regular cleaning, callus remove and sugar scrub. The callus remove and sugar scrub happened in 15 seconds. And yes, I timed it. I am used to other salon setting up the timer and telling you first, then they will stop with the massage when it beeps. Then I'm like okay, maybe I got the cheapest that's why? But don't put it on the menu list if you're not doing it. Plus it's not like it's for free or cheap amount even for a classic basic biscuit. For mani, it does not feel clean. There are some hang nails left. Idk if it's just the nail tech that I got. I'm thinking of giving it a second chance but I highly doubt I will come here again. read more

I received a pedicure and my technician was meticulous every step of the service. My feet were a mess due to the combination of Covid lockdown, inconsistent pedicures and my own maintenance. She made sure everything was shaped and uniform. She checked her paint job and made sure I had enough glitter on each toe. Lastly, the massage ....I would've liked a little More time spent on my calves but there nerves on the bottom of my feet I never knew existed until this massage'. It was my first visit to this business. I got the classic pedicure which was the basics plus polish. I was disappointed in the quality of the pedicure I received. I still had cuticles that were not trimmed and the nails were filed flat straight across. They get an additional star because they were able to squeeze me in without an appt though. Sunday October 2 I got a pedicure. They welcomed me, told me to chose color and then I sat down in the pedicure chair right away. Water was almost full.... She immediately pulls my feet out & starts working. No time to soak and no salts no bubbles nothing. I asked to allow my feet to soak. I have a healing broken foot so I wanted to relax, allow time for my skin to soften. Couple minutes go by she takes them out and does the pedicure. I chose the second level of pedicure $42 sounded reasonable for what you get I suppose ... every time I tried talking to her asking a question she clearly didn't speak any English. Like at ALL. Frustrating... I'm trying to be patient but when it came time to pay shw rings me up for $62!!! I'm sorry WHAT? Ok $5 for fixing an acrylic toe nail (which I expected.) but not $20 more!!! I asked what the $15 increase is from and the manager who DOES speak English, says it's for gel. So why didn't anyone TELL ME that when they said to "chose a color" ... she laughs and says "you been here before" ummm yeah 4 years ago and I don't recall gel being $15!! So I said fine I paid it but some communication on pricing BEFORE you apply the service should be necessary. Typical nail shop scam..... I paid $62 for a subpar pedicure (she didn't even have to massage my right foot so it technically was LESS work!) The worst part of this all is it's been 4 days and the $15 GEL POLISH I paid EXTRA for has already peeled off. See photo. Today 10/6/22. One of the best mani and pedi I've ever had. It was my first time here and it was a Friday evening. I was expecting chaos and getting the rushed treatment. I was completely wrong. I can honestly say that this nail Salon has earned a new customer. Both ladies took their time working on me and were super gentle. Their massages felt like they went on forever (best feeling ever). I had some pretty tough weeks so needed to relax. i had mani and pedi totaling to $95 which i think is quite expensive for the service they provide... they are not trained or well skilled... the lady who did my nails just filled the top of my nails( i rarely get my nails done so my natural nails were perfectly fine..) she filled it a lot to make it rough... which if professionally done they dont really need to file the top of your nail... After 4 days the polish is coming off... i had my nails done at some other places in the past and the ones that are really good last you for over 3 weeks... This store looks nice. Very pleasing to the eye although they need to learn how to use a broom and dustpan. The owner is your average nail salon owner, her name is Mindy. She was doing 20 things at once. She was distracted the entire time. She cut my real nails very short and even nicked the top of my finger. Ouch? Yes. She then put the acrylic nails on and asked where I wanted the length. She then ended up filing them almost to the tip of my finger, which was 1) WAY SHORTER THAN THE LENGTH I TOLD HER. 2) She the filed my right hand down way shorter than my left. This was because she was busy and so behind and not paying attention. 3) We had an appt at 1pm and she didn't start on me until after 2pm. So I was already annoyed. I decided to mention it to her when I went to pay (she didn't apologize) and she got all defensive. I would have been happy if she gave me a $5 discount. But no, she didn't really care and went on with her day. Check out my uneven length thumb photo too BTW... She said I could have fixed your nails.. but really.. I didn't have another hour to sit through that entire ordeal again. I will definitely not be letting her go near my nails again. Beware!!! If you come here you should ask for Tina. Tina is awesome. Received recommendations to try Aloha Nails from the Livermore R&R FB Page. The staff was nice, did not have to wait for a walk in appointment for a regular mani and pedi. I didn't notice how crummy the nail paint job was until I was at din. Take a look at my pictures. Most of my nails had the second coat of paint not even cover the first coat, and my thumb, the paint didn't cover my entire nail. The paint began to chip off within 2 days.
