I have been to Aloha nails about 6 times now and love it. It is officially my new nail spot! The acrylic set and then fills last a long time, the facility is very clean & updated, the employees are very friendly and they helped me find the color I was looking for! Thank you Lena!

My eyelid is cut and skin is shredded WTF

Horrible management and waxing lady I've never been cut and cut repeatedly telling her "stop I'm bleeding" she kept going I got up and told her stop just stop. Face skin is very sensitive and doesn't and never should be scrubbed repeatedly with paper towels my eyebrows are burning and to top it all off the manager tells me it's going to be $28?! For an eyebrow clean and top lip, absolutely ridiculous do not waste your time, nails her are horrible go down town or across the street. Wish I could give a Zero star 1 star is way to much

Anne does my nails so great. Always nice and makes sure its perfect. Very clean inside. Tiffany did my feet great and neat as well.

Lena did an excellent job again. She always does exactly what I ask for. Definitely would recommend. She's so gently and sweet.

Aloha has new owners and management. But I was delighted that Son, one of my favorite Pedicurists, is still there. He always does a fantastic job with my ingrown toenail challenges by removing them and making my toes feel so much better. And Lena, one of the new owners, did a great job with my acrylic fill and gel polish.

I have been a long time customer of Aloha nails with Mindy as the manager. Recently Mindy has sold Aloha nails and the new owner /manager is Lani. Of course I was reticent and nervous about using the services now that Mindy has moved on. However, Aloha has many of the same service associates, and Lani has does an amazing job on my recent gel fill. I was delighted and happy that services are of the same quality, you'd expect from Mindy. One item that, of course no one likes to hear, is that the prices of Aloha Nails or a tad bit higher. That being said, let's just chalk it up too inflation, I mean come on, look at the price of gas! A couple more bucks is not going to break you! Good luck to the new owners of Aloha Nails read more

I love this place! Firstly, they do a very professional job, delivering excellent product. Now that we have that out of the way, everyone is so nice and accommodating! They are kind, friendly and patient. I'm a person who struggles on color decision and they OFFER to try as many as I want! Also, they flex their schedules to reserve time with friends or work me in last minute. I always leave here feeling better than when I arrived! read more

Amazing pedicure! I should mention that I'm very particular about where I get my nails done and Lan has always done a wonderful job. Very relaxing and the polish lasts a long time. This is definitely my go-to spot when I'm needing to treat myself. read more

I've come here twice now. Both times I got the dry skin pedi, the first time I also got a regular manicure. There is one awesome woman, but everyone else I've encountered is awful. The first time, the woman who did my mani forgot a top coat and was completely rude the entire time. This last time, the woman doing my pedi SNEEZED on my leg. She also kept commenting on how dry my heels were which is just obnoxious. And before my pedi even started she was adjusting the foot bowl thing and placed the dirty wet drain cover on my (torn and already gross) seat without wiping it up after. I'll have to find the business card of the woman I like, or a new nail salon. read more

There is no sign that says cash only but FYI they only take cash for payment and they charge you to use their ATM... I find this a very annoying practice in the Nail industry LOL... You're already saving money by not taking credit cards you have no warning sign or say anything when you make an appointment to let people know to bring cash and then you charge them to use your machine just so they can pay you. I get a very basic manicure and it is a nice setting, Samantha specifically was a lovely salon person to talk to... But I likely won't be back because I prefer not to have to bring cash with me. read more

I've been going to Aloha Nail for around six years, but soon was dismayed when they started pushing me to pay cash. When I questioned why, I was told "they prefer cash". Sounds to me like they prefer to tax evade. Never again. read more

Okay I know I was the first and looks like the only one reviewing so far, but this is an update on my last review. I went in today around 6:30pm (they close at 7pm) I needed to get my eyebrows done really bad, and that's what I originally went there for but of course I had to ask if I could get a full set acrylic. They were very welcoming, even remembered my name :] (definite plus in my book) Another lady showed up maybe 10-15 min. after me and they welcomed her in also, very nice staff :) Correction: I miss spelled her name in my first review it is Lynn not Lin. She did a wonderful job on my nails, even though it was close to closing time, she didn't do a rush job like I would have expected from other nail places. I will be back soon, I am due for a pedicure, since summer wants to come early. lol. read more

Quick, friendly, comfortable! A great job in a clean environment with, as others have mentioned, nice massage chairs. All in all, everything I look when I'm in a new area and need a pedicure. I called for a 2 o'clock appointment and they were ready for me and my feet (which were a bit of a mess) look great. I'm happy to recommend this business and intend to return. read more

Relaxing! QUIET! Very clean and the music was appropriate and serene. They have a spa "feel" to their decor. They use Opi products which is my preference. Basic Pedicure is $18 Basic Manicure is $10 I will most definitely return! read more

Did not scrub my heels enough to remove rough skin. My heels were no in bad shape and could have been easily smoothed out. I felt like they were rushing to get done and not concerned enough for the end result. read more

Two things I really liked about Aloha was the massage was the best one I ever got at a nail place before. She really kneaded the bottoms of my feet and legs and being pregnant I really needed that. I also liked that I could really pick what I wanted. Alot of places have these packages that include three or four things and I'm not a fan of the salt scrub so I got the regular manicure and added the hot oil massage. You could get a longer massage or salt scrub etc. My toes look great , even cut and cute flower design. The only issue was the massage chair I had was broke and was not moving up and down but stayed in the same place. I'll be back for sure. read more

This used to be one of my favorite places in town to go. The place is clean and the redecorating looks great. Service for the most part is also very good... However the quality has gone way down! I had an appointment with friends for mani/pedis and when we got there, we still had to wait 30 minuets for chairs. 2 hours later, we all left with rough heels after paying for the higher pedicure packages and as for my nails... I will let the picture speak for itself. This is a day later after showering and grocery shopping! I'm so embarrassed that I bragged on this place to my friends and even more disappointed that I paid $70, only to come home and have to completely redo my nails my self. I will not be returning ever again. read more

I have gone a few times to this place and can say I love it. Very clean and great pedicure and acrylic nail experience! Mia did my pedicure yesterday and it was amazing, I throughly enjoyed the massage. Mia also did a fill for me and she was so nice and great to work with. I didn't know what I wanted but found a picture on line and she recreated it for me perfectly. Highly recommend aloha nails and Mia. read more

I'll post pictures that speak for themselves, this is he worst my nails have EVER looked after a mani. I think part of the problem is that they leave old product on the wall for clients to choose from. However, the woman working on my nails wasn't remotely interested in detail. I'm going in tomorrow to give them a chance to fix this, so this review may change. read more

Sadly after going to Aloha Nails for at least two years I've moved on to a much better salon. Aloha has gone downhill over the last 6-8 months and I no longer want the inconsistency and basic lack of caring there used to be. Seems every 3 weeks when I'd go there'd be new people working , not overly friendly nor doing a great job. What happened to taking time with cuticle softener and really focusing on that as a routine step. Nope not the last few months and one day later dryness and ugliness. Seems anymore you're just a number so they can make more money. Don't need them to be my BFF but after 2+ years I do expect better than what currently is there. Trust me there are better places- I found one! read more

Will not be returning to Aloha Nails after not only one bad experience, but two. I tried to give Aloha Nails the benefit of the doubt after my first experience, however was sadly disappointed after my second. If you do go, I would not recommend letting The guy do your nails. He is rough, he hurts you, and doesn't seem to care when you say something. His response is, well you shouldn't get your nails done then. The manager/owner doesn't seem to care too much about the customers feedback either. She'll ignore you if you say something and then overcharge you. Be careful about tipping... If it's not enough they'll Humiliate you in front of everybody. Stay away from this place read more

She refused to honor my appt and my money. They were busy but I made an appt because they are always busy. The nail tech was starting my toes when some new guys that doesn't do my style come and asks like he's going to do my nails when I asked could teena do it the one I originally wanted to do them but didn't know her name to ask for her . Then the lady on my toes starts acting nuts and I just walked out humiliated and hurt because I didn't deserve that treatment at all never read more

This place is pretty much a diamond in the rough. The shopping center sketches me out, but I love aloha nails! I've seriously never had a bad experience at this place. Not only do they take their time and pay attention to detail, but their prices are ridiculously affordable. They are clean, friendly, and even take me when I come in asking for a fill 45 minutes before closing. (Yes, I'm one of "those" people.) Only place in town that consistently does a great job on my manicures and pedicures. Staff is very friendly, professional and keep a spotless salon. I love their reward system "punch card" to get $10 off after I believe 5 services. I take out of town guests and my younger nieces because they love the kids chair! read more

It takes a lot to WOW me where a nail salon is concerned. I feel like they're all kinda the same. Well I've been meaning to write a review when they got us out of a "teenage prom nail drama" situation. After they helped me out again today I couldn't put it off any longer. Last month my daughter got her nails done a my (used to be) go-to nail place and they were horrible. Trying to find a nail place to re-do her nails the day before prom was set to be a nightmare. Well I called aloha, explained the situation and they said "come right in". 30 mins later her nails looked great. Fast forward to today I had a nail that broke. Aloha did my shellac nails 2 weeks ago and 1 broke. I came in just to have the 1 repaired and they didn't charge me because "they should last longer than 2 weeks and if only 1 broke something was wrong" really? WOW! I've never have a nail place warranty anything having to do with nails. They could have easily charged me $5 to fix it and I would have gladly paid it but nope, they fixed it free. Aloha is now my *new* go-to nail place! read more

I just went for a long overdue mani/pedi ! Been 5+ months. I felt totally safe with all the well thought out precautions they have in place. Stations are distanced from each other, plexiglass screens, temperature checks and masks. Used disinfectant to wipe down stations after each use. Samantha did an excellent job with mani/pedi. I will go back without any hesitation. read more

Very quiet but I loved it. I think I may have found my new go to place. I went in thinking I might get acrylics but the lady said that I have brittle nails (which I mentioned to her) and she said that it would not be good because they wouldn't last. This is the first place that took my concerns as a priority and not just tried to up sale. Also had a surprise hot stone back massage. Awesomeness! read more

Worst nail set I've ever had! I've been getting my nails done for years on and off. Decided to get my nails done for a special occasion tonight and my nails look horrible she even knew they looked bad so she gave me $5 off ! I asked her to fix them but she said oh no it's your nail. I'm a salon hopper when it comes to nail services, but keep finding myself coming back to Aloha Nails. I always spring for the hot stone pedicure, which is absolutely amazing!! The only problem is that the massage itself never lasts long enough! Prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Ashley is wonderful, and my favorite person to come and see!! read more

Bless Threading is down the street from where I work, and my coworker comes here all the time on her lunch breaks. So, I was like why not? The waiting room is a good size with benches to wait your turn. I walked in and was unfamiliar with the process. I was greeted warmly, but wasn't given any direction on what to do. I saw that there was a signup sheet and I filled that out. It seemed like a popular place to go to because the waiting room was filled for a Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get my threader's name, but she was sweet! I asked her if she can try to match my left brow to my right brow. I know brows aren't identical twins, more so like distant cousins, but it would be nice for them to look like siblings at least. She took her time to match them up as much as she can. In all, I think I would go back! It's close enough to work where I could go quickly on my lunch break. They're decently priced. And they're efficient!

They say no problem we can get you in. My appointment is at 430- I show up to check in at 437 (granted I'm aware I'm a few minutes late because of a last minute family matter I needed to tend to- totally my fault) The check in girl says, I can't get you in anymore because we have a 9 minute late policy. I say it hasn't been 9 minutes and she says "yea it's because they won't have enough time to do your service" ..... how does she that make any sense?! You have a 9 minute late policy, I get here before the 9 minutes but then you say you still can't see more before the grace period is up. And of course there's no more availability the day. What frustrates me is when companies incorporate these policy's but then don't stick to them. Like they took a completely accommodating experience and managed to make it inconvenient. As for a nail salon, it gets the job done, and more! They offer extended services on almost everything, for example rather than just a simple pedicure, they have like 7 different options depending on your needs. Color options are amazing! The owner probably has an addiction for buying nail polishes because their colors are always updated and always has the new colors that OPI is releasing for the season. Even their gel colors are always constantly changing. MANICURES: When I go, I'm always chasing a new hyped style trending in the nails world, no matter what I show them, they make it exactly how I like it down to the edge and length which is nice because I hate when I have one perspective and it comes out completely different. PEDICURES: I think they're introducing new products for your feet and I must say, THEYRE FREAKEN AMAZING. Starting with my pedicure, for work, I'm constantly showing my feet so my foot has to be on point but it sucks when I'm in sandals or heels for 8 hrs a day! My callus is constantly showing and my heels are constantly cracked (TMI because I know it's not cute) they used a new foot product that took away my cracks and soften my heel. Random but, I'm very ticklish so when they're scrubbing my feet, I'm constantly tryna hold myself together but they used a white foot scrubber and it has a softer surface so it takes the tickling away. Major pluses!!! Also, they have new exfoliating products for your actual legs. I tried it today and it left my legs feeling has if I had just shaved them (BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD RIGHT?) the new massage chairs are a little difficult to maneuver since they're more hi-tech but once you get the hang of them, they're awesome! As for the setting, it's a cozy spot, pretty roomy for a nail salon. I think it's they're 2nd time remodeling in the last two years but it's definitely working for them! Has a modern feel with updated almost everything (even the wall art) everything is very easy on the eyes. Service is better than most. They listen to what you like and if you're a regular, on the most part, they remember what your preference is. Overall, I love this place! Everything is as best as a nail salon will get! I recently visited [Aloha Nails ] and have been coming to Aloha nails for 3 years now. I have always had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Well...I had been coming here for awhile, however,things have been going downhill; as some other reviewers have mentioned too. First I have been having to wait 20+ minutes even when I made an appt. the ladies do get up often to do other things so the process takes even longer. And the price keeps going up every time I go in! I'm not going to over pay for nails! Also I have only gotten a pedicure here once because my polish chipped after a few days. I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years--even before COVID--and the service has consistently been excellent. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure customers are comfortable and satisfied. They take the time to get to know each client personally, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The prices are fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of service provided. Son is my go-to technician--highly skilled, attentive, and always delivers flawless results. Under new owners and is so much better! Mindy does my pink & whites and they turn out great with no lifting. And pain free, she is not rough like some people I have gone too and I don't go back. Salon is clean and updated. Have gotten a pedicure before and that paint chipped sooner than my previous pedicures but I will try again. read more

Just stopped by this place again. This time my girlfriend had both mani & pedi done, it came out very nice. Especially this month, because of Valentine's. They created a lot of new designs for Valentine's. And the place just updated their's pedicure chair, also additional decorations to the place too. read more
