My usual spot was all booked for the day and I desperately needed a pedicure. So I yelped pedicures in our area and found Adore... I hadn't seen them before but had seen the spot they took over. I think Adore is relatively new but the place is clean and the ladies are very sweet. They are the best of the best. When I go in, I never feel a need to request any specific tech, they pair you with someone who matches the design you want. The staff is extremely friendly, always makes me smile.. such a welcoming vibe. They never let me down when I bring in screenshots of what I want. I went from rarely getting my nails done, to getting them done regularly because I look forward to going in. Side note: I have really bad neuropathy in my hands and feet, so when getting my nails done there is more than a 50% chance it'll be painful or uncomfortable. Super easy to make appointments over the phone, and every single staff member is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The salon itself is always extremely clean, which I really appreciate. Tucked into a strip mall, it's right by Dollar Tree and Mooyah. I usually get gel pedicures and was looking for a new salon and stumbled upon the essentially 5 star reviews at this location, which is how I got started here and don't plan on leaving! They typically pair me with whoever is available and they always does an absolutely perfect job--consistent and pays attention to details. I always ask for french with it cut short and keep it square 10/10. Also, the massage chairs all work and it's the best 45 minutes of your day. I love love love working with Alice for my Gel X. She is incredibly creative, has an amazing eye for perfection, and is so gentle and sweet throughout the entire process. She gives great feedback and lets me come to her with no idea of what I want and then creates something magical - free hand! They have so many regulars here, but even if you're new, they treat you well. Pay and tip in cash, definitely do--it's appreciated! I truly love all the ladies here. They do take Venmo and credit card as well. The bathroom is super clean and parking is plenty, but some of the spaces are tight or raised due to tree stumps. I had a really great experience here and have to share! I have been looking for a new place to get a pedicure since the usual place I go to near my home, their quality has gone down and I'm so glad I found this place. I called around 5 PM to see if they could take a walk-in pedicure in about 15 minutes, and the person on the phone was very kind and accommodating. They let me know it would be no problem, which I really appreciated since I know that's often a busy time. I ended up getting the "Adore" pedicure (I think that's what it was called) and added gel polish. There was an upcharge for the gel, but that was totally expected. The staff was so friendly, and my pedicure didn't feel rushed at all--I felt really relaxed the entire time. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and didn't have to wait long. Everything felt clean and well taken care of, and the attention to detail really showed in the final result. I did notice they offer drinks, which is a nice touch--I wasn't offered one during my visit, but I also didn't feel like I needed anything. I also got the impression there might be a small discount for paying in cash, but I'm not completely sure, so it's probably worth asking. At checkout, the girl in front of me -- her husband had called and paid for her service which was so cute and sweet, so just an added benefit if you want to let your man know they take pre-payment and payment over the phone :) Overall, such a smooth and pleasant experience--from the phone call to walking out the door. The only issue was add-ons and pricing. My nail tech's English was very limited, so when upgrades were suggested during the service, the extra charges didn't really come across. By the time the owner came over to help translate, I had already committed. The owner was attentive and helpful, but a clear heads-up on upcharges beforehand would make the experience much smoother. Before making this appointment I was very specific about what I wanted and to be scheduled with someone who could deliver what I was asking for because I would be driving from far for a specific service. This is my first time going to this nail salon. The nail tech that I was assigned appeared to be having a bad day. When I sat I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Nothing crazy, a simple and clean square French tip manicure and pedicure. I had builder gel on my hands and asked if they could soak or refill and they chose to refill. The nail tech Min was short with me & I understood it would be a silent manicure (which is fine). She let me know that this service would cost 75$ (60 for refill and 15 for French tip). It was on the expensive side in my opinion but I did not mind the price expecting a good experience based on reviews I read and the pictures I've seen of way more complicated nail sets. She asked me if I wanted to cut my nails and I said no expecting them to look a bit shorter once she shaped them. As she is shaping my nails I notice that I am not getting a regular square shape as I asked and showed her from my reference. I ask her if she was done shaping them because I see that the shape is completely different from what I requested. My nails were dipped in the center with sharp edges (like the letter U) a tapered square. I showed her the picture again confused as to how she could have deviated and she stated that that's how she does square. But that's NOT what I WANT TO PAY FOR. I was so frustrated because why didn't you say that when I showed my picture?! She then had a coworker fix the shape. The other nail tech is able to give me the square shape I asked for (thank you!) , however in order to fix what the previous tech did, my nails were filed down lower than what I wanted and the shape of some I came to accept, were not going to be shaped correctly until I grew them back out (some corners were filled in almost like coffin). This new tech has a client and is not able to complete by nails so Min returns to paint my nails and despite doing well with the French tip design, the manicure is unfinished. My nails are so sharp I can scratch myself, and the French tip was not painted around the borders and edges of my nails. Same for my toes despite being painted by someone else. When it's time to pay, I tried to explain how unhappy I was to the receptionist. As I communicated BEFORE booking and WHILE in my appointment so many times what I wanted. She let me know that maybe it was because of my nail shape...and that everyone is experienced but does nails differently. However square nails are the simplest shape and when given such detailed instructions why not state beforehand that it would look different because you don't know how to do what I asked?! Paying 75$ for unfinished looking nails, that I also have to file to avoid scratching myself. I came to this place hoping for an experienced nail tech and ended up with the worst customer service I've experienced in 20+ years of getting my nails done. I have NEVER written a nail negative nail review but today I was so upset at the fact that I planned this ahead of time and communicated so much just to be given this horrible experience. read more

I was really excited to come to this nail salon because one of my really good friends. Recommend it. I called last week and made an appointment with April for a fill and a pedicure. I also booked my daughter for a gel manicure and pedicure as well. When I got there, the front desk receptionist was very welcoming. We sat down and she proceeded to start my nails. I asked her who April was and if she was going to help me out, she told me April was fully booked today. I let her know that I had an appointment with her at 4 PM and she went on telling me that my appointment was not with her. I explained to her I booked the appointment a week ago. She then told me that April was busy and wasn't gonna be able to do my service. She offered me another girl, but at this point, I didn't want to try someone new because I've had a bad experience before, and since April was recommended by my friend that's who I wanted to go to. I let my daughter continue to get her gel manicure service. My daughter is Type 1 diabetic so she can't have her cuticles trimmed or pushed back. The girl then just filed her nails and painted them didn't dip her hands in water, didn't give her a massage. Nothing literally just gel paint only . When I got to the front desk, the receptionist told me my total is $47 first of all on their website. A gel manicure is $45 but that's fine. I guess it's just two dollars. I then told her my daughter didn't get a full manicure, she proceeded to tell me that that was gonna be the price because she apparently gave her a manicure with the drill. Whatever that means. I just feel like I got ripped off. I definitely will not be coming back. How you charge somebody more than what your website says ? and how can you charge for a full service when it was just partial? also, how do you book an appointment with someone and then go in and then them tell you they are booked?? just a really bad taste in my mouth. Never again. I definitely do not recommend this place. read more

Visited this location for the first time recently for a gel x extension manicure. I've been getting gel x extensions for a couple of years now, but just haven't been able to in the last several months so I was looking forward to this salon after reading all the great reviews. I'm not sure if I just got the wrong technician maybe but I was disappointed with the amount of space that was left between the cuticle and the start of the nail extension (which I've never had before) so it almost looked like my nails were grown out by a week already right at the start. Additionally, my cuticles weren't cleaned, there was no buffering or cleaning of my nails - they went straight to removing my clear coat and applying the extensions. At first I thought maybe there was a reason so I didn't say anything and once the polish started going on, that's when I realized my cuticles weren't going to be cleaned or pushed back. There's also a large gap underneath the extension and my natural nails as it wasn't pressed down at the tips of my nails. I do have to say though that staff is incredibly sweet and you're greeted immediately with a smile and great hospitality. I was just disappointed in the quality of my nails and will likely not be back. read more

It's in a fairly big plaza so tons of parking and other shopping around if you need to kill some time. Once you check in, you select your service options on the tablet at the front. I was wearing a skort, so they laid a towel over my lap. The massage chair options are decent and it's a nice touch that they offer you beverages. YES I want a mimosa at 4 PM lol I went for one of their signature pedis with gel and that took about an hour to complete. They put all the lotions and scrubs on the cutest little cups and trays. It's the little things! They do keep it a little warm in there, but I personally run hot, so could just be me. They have an ATM inside as they prefer cash. There's a fee for CC but I asked if they could do Venmo and that wasn't a problem. I don't live in the area, but anytime I'm around, this will be a go to shop for me. read more

I'm so sad because I really like coming here. First 3 times was good and this last time was not. I didn't make an appointment it was last min but they did take me in. I asked for a designed I wanted and I didn't get the exact designed I wanted but very similar. Which I was okay with not 100 percent satisfy because I did pay a high price for them but I was okay with the results. But later after a few hours of getting them done I started feeling like a burning sensation. I didn't know why I didn't notice it before leaving the salon. But as I took a closer look I notice the nail tech cut the sides too much. I ask for an almond shape and she took a lot from the sides you can see the skin that's under my nail bed.
