The salon is so cute! I go to Shannon for waxes and facials. She is the absolute best in Livermore! Anything skin care related, she is your girl! She also helps with teen acne for the kids! I know a ton of people who go to her and they all love her! read more

Hello There- summary at the bottom if you need to cut out soon! Hollee To The Rescue Or A Miracle on Fourth Street Our daughter's hair became very tangled after just a few weeks of swim practice. Then we went on an island vacation and neglected to brush out the second wave of tangles. When we returned, the kid had some gnarly dreads that were just clumps of twisted hair. We lovingly referred to the back of her hair as "A 4 piece McNugget." I had spent hours trying to comb it out. I bought every detangling lotion, serum, milk, oil- ALL of it! I made very little progress. I had accepted that we needed a professional, and we even got turned away from a barber shop in Pleasanton. A friend told me that she really believed that her friend Hollee at 3 Palms Salon could help us out. The salon itself is really pretty, and inviting. The house gives an upscale ( pamper/treat yo self) vibe with zero pretentiousness. Everyone was friendly, and my little lady immediately relaxed. I explained to Hollee that she was more than welcome to shave the back (underneath) or cut her hair very short. We knew that we might be going from dreadlocks to punk rocks- and we we're ok with that. Hollee said, "No, I can comb this out, I just need time." I went shopping in Downtown Ltown, and Hollee managed to smooth out and trim a brand new DO! She even added magic sparkles. I was pretty surprised, because two of the tangled mats were at the base of the scalp, what a relief to have everything all fixed up again. Another thing that she did was talk about which products prevent, combat, and repair the Chlorine Damage. She was so understanding and sympathetic. We simply could not be happier with the service, the stylist, the atmosphere, the magic, and the final result! I highly recommend 3 Palms Salon for adults and kids alike. .Hassle free, friendly communication Phone calls/ prompt Texts .Plenty of street parking .Welcoming location Aka big, cool house! .Beautiful Salon, not snooty- just pretty . Family Friendly, but it is a full service salon so don't come in dancing and clapping your hands like a bunch of crazy daisies! . Sometimes sparkles are included . Excellent service .Wonderful results! . Just steps away from food, shopping, and my fave coffee! read more

Been going to this salon for years for my wash and cut. Highly recommend! The stylists I've worked with(Toni and now Laura) are awesome! I always get a ton of compliments on their work. My mom goes for her cut and color with other stylists. It's a lovely home and very relaxed atmosphere. Conveniently located and very reasonable prices read more

My first visit to Three Palms Salon and Spa but not my first visit to see Jo. The salon is adorable. Jo Jabsi has been doing my hair for a few years and he never disappoints. He has been doing hair for decades and owned many salons in the past. He's a true professional at his craft. Every time I get my hair done I get tons of compliments on the color and cut. Thank you Jo for always keeping me looking good . read more

I love having Cheriece at this local beautiful salon! She previously worked in Fremont, and while it was definitely worth the drive, I'm so glad to have her here in town. Cheriece does great hair color - I've been dark brown, blonde, red, and all shades in between - and she never disappoints! AND my hair is healthier than ever. She's also just a great person and friend. She's super easy to talk to, and really cares about her clients. Here's my most recent color... read more

Tania is a must see hairdresser! After my disaster with another salon bleaching and killing my hair I had to color back dark and cut so short I thought I was going to lose my mind. Tania helped make me feel alive again and we put in extensions and gave me a beautiful chocolate brown color. She is truly amazing and makes miracles happen. read more

My son and I have been going to Hollee for years but we hadn't seen her for 2 1/2 years due to COVID and my son being high risk. We both showed up with EPIC COVID hair and she went right to work making us feel normal again! My sons hair was the biggest transformation! Thank you Hollee! read more

I just love this place. I got a haircut and a deep conditioning done and my stylist Hollee did a great job on my hair. I loved the way she personalized my haircut as per my hair texture and also gave me a great new look. She is very friendly, accommodating and has a great sense of styling. Would definitely recommend this saloon and Hollee. read more

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had in 11 years in Livermore! Hollee cut and colored my hair ( and it was a mess) and she listened to everything I asked for and she delivered with perfection! She is very personable and kind as well as knowledgeable about what your hair needs and she gives everyone the VIP treatment! She really knows what she's doing and your hair will love her!! If you're looking for a new hairdresser you need to go see her! read more

Had an awesome appointment yesterday with Cheriece. She gave me a bit of a trim, and added a GORGEOUS purple to my curls! I'm so in love with my new look! I'd never been to Three Palms before, so she gave me a super quick tour of the downstairs... It's soooo cute, and homey, and their bathroom is to die for! They have a whole room set aside for wash stations, which are actually pretty comfy and spaced nicely so you're not elbow to elbow with the nearest person. Overall, a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back! read more

Shannon Wynne (Tinoco) did an amazing job with eyebrow waxing and formal make up for prom. Not only does she have incredible talent but she has a heart of gold. I am a teacher at Granada High School who was in need of some help getting 4 girls to prom. They wanted to go to prom but really didn't have the funds to do all the glam. Shannon stepped up and volunteered her time and services. She truly has a heart of gold and the talent to go with it! read more

Dear Three Palms (or Yelpers considering Three Palms), (This review is not for any salon services- just for customer service) The following is a transcript of a conversation that took place earlier today in the front lobby of Three Palm: "Hi - I'd like to get a gift certificate." "Oh, well..um it's going to be little while." "Ok-how long do you think it will be?" Stylist leaves to consult with someone in the back. " It will be at least 30 minutes before someone can help you. Everyone is busy. Can you come back later?" "I'll try" (In a sarcastic tone) What I wanted to say was: " Sure! Let me just come back when it's more convenient for you to take my money! " I headed out to Purple Orchid Inn and it only took 3 minutes for them to get me a $250 gift certificate. Too bad for you Three Palm! I was checking you out because I was considering cheating on my stylist with you! (SSSHHH!) I learned my lesson. P.S.HIRE A FRONT COUNTER PERSON during the day! Or cross train your staff! Signed, Disillusioned but not Distressed in Livermore (NOTE: I had previously posted this review under Three Palm-not Three Palms. ) read more

Well this is not a review for three palms itself, but rather just the stylist Toni Falconer. I have real curly hair and I have tried all sorts of stylists, who destroyed my hair. The first time I went to see Toni, she knew exactly what to do with my hair. I have often tried to stray, because she only takes by appointment (or so I've been told), but every time I regret letting anyone else cut my hair. read more

I contacted the salon on yelp to see if they could give me a haircut the next day. The lady who contacted me was pleasant and let me know Ariel would be contacting me. Not long after she contacted me and we set up an appointment for the following day...mind you, this was late at night so I was very impressed I was responded to so quickly. The salon itself is inside of a house. It's really cute and the building is very nice. Parking isn't the greatest. I did park across the street and was able to use a crosswalk to walk across. There were places to park overall though so it wasn't that bad...just not the greatest. Ariel was really amazing. Her personality and overall friendliness really sold it for me. I will come back for her alone. She listened to what I wanted, gave me advice and made a wonderful impression. I definitely will be back. :) read more

Deanna is amazing! She usually does my mom's hair and I decided to get my hair done there for my wedding. When other girls in my bridal party started asking if they could get their hair done there, too, Deanna went out of her way to find more stylists to get the hair done that morning. All of the stylists we had, Deanna, Gretchen, Vanessa, and Cindy were very friendly and styled beautiful hair on my mom, my other bridesmaids, and I! Deanna also did my make-up and I was so happy how that turned out, too. Deanna had some snacks, apple cider, and fruit ready for us in the morning, too! She really made sure we felt at home, there, and it was a great start to an amazing day. read more

I LOVE Ariel!! I have followed her career for years and have been lucky to have her as my stylist for the last several years. Not only does Ariel have amazing talents with hair, she is always thinking of creative new ideas and color. She has an amazing knack with red hair in particular, and I always get a ton of compliments thanks to her. Besides doing great hair Ariel is also the most awesome person to get to know, I always look forward to my time with her!! read more

I only go by referrals for my waxing and I was so happy that a friend recommended Shannon at the Three Palms. Shannon did an excellent job on my eyebrows and listened to every word when it came to what I wanted, she also recommended a couple of items from the Dermalogica line which I tested the week after and really liked. I'll be going back very soon! One more reason to go back... Shannon is excellent about being responsive to her calls. I received a call back a couple of hours after I'd left a message and I was actually able to make an appointment the same week. read more

I've been coming to this salon for a couple years now and Hollee never disappoints! She's always very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable and does a fantastic job with my hair every time. Today I went in for a pretty drastic change; brown to honey blonde, and I left with hair that was the perfect shade of honey blonde AND healthy. I always leave feeling beautiful and happy. I can't recommend Hollee enough! She's the best! read more

This is very simple. Shannon provides the best waxing service I have had ever. Unfortunately removing body hair is essential for show prep. I went to Shannon before my last show and was very satisfied and will ONLY use her from now on. Thanks, shannon read more

Cheriece is awesome! She's been cutting my hair for years but I just recently decided I wanted some highlights put back in. I love them and get so many compliments! She knows I am not too good at going in regularly so she gave me highlights that blend into my hair perfectly and it won't be super noticeable when they grow out. Just what I need! Not only are her skills on point but she is so friendly and fun to talk to. And the salon is beautiful, too! read more

This salon is beautifully and artfully decorated and in a great location with easily accessible parking right in front. I have one stylist I have allowed to touch my hair for over 10 years -- and her name is Chereice. I have had hair nearly all colors (natural tones) done by her, from blonde, to dark brunette, to fire red with retro bangs. Highlights, lowlights, toning. She has done it all to perfection without frying my hair. Not only is Chereice a talented stylist, she takes a genuine, heart-centered interest in her clients. If you tell her something during your visit, whether it be about your hair or your personal life -- she will likely remember and mention it the next time you're in her chair (which could be 2 months later!). This kind of individualized attention and friendship she provides is one of the main reasons I have stayed loyal this long. If you decide to visit Three Palms, I highly recommend requesting Chereice as your stylist! read more

I have been getting my hair cut by the owner, Terri Delgado, for years now. Not only is she stellar, but so is her whole business. My daughter and I have been going to Ariel for a few years now. She is a true artist! She has a gift for making people look beautiful. She is also a wonderful person, and very reasonably priced. Holy heavens...no, literally. This place is too close to home for our own good. Went here for a couple's massage and Marjorie and Valerie are top of the top. They left no place untouched and were able to find and work out knots and tension that my husband and I didn't even know we had. We've been to many places for massages and this experience by far surpassed all. Very professional, relaxing and worth every penny. Already scheduled our next appointment and we'll be back regularly. read more

I requested a massage on Friday via yelp with the "request appointment" via yelp. I was told the massage therapist booked their own schedules. When I pointed out since I was requesting an appointment, I would want the massage therapist contacted, I was then told they don't book online because its creepy...... ok... so don't offer online booking.. Telling a potential good paying customer they are creepy is just in poor taste and a poor business model. read more

Great place!!! I always have Wendy cut my hair & she always does a awesome job.

This review is for their esthetician Shannon Tinocco. I have been going to her for over a year for my eyebrows and just had my first facial. She is Awesome!! I was not expecting a spa type facial - I guess I thought it would be more 'clinical'. She massaged and lotioned my hands and arms while i had the mask on. It was a great experience and I will be going back to her on a regular basis for facials. Of course she does a great job with the brows - that is why I have stayed with her for so long! read more

I have been seeing Leah Basciani for chronic lower back pain and pain associated with sciatica for about a year now. I have to say she is working miracles. In the 25+ years I have been dealing with back issues I have been to doctors, other massage therapists and chiropractors without much success. After just one session with Leah I knew she was going to offer the help I needed. After two sessions I was sold. I have set up regular appointments with her and feel I may finally get my life back. While I realize 25 years of back issues will not be resolved completely the improved flexibility and range of motion she is giving me without pain will enhance my quality of life greatly. Thank you Leah! read more

This review is for Shannon...she rocks! I've seen her for waxing and she's very gentle and patient. Plus she's super friendly and very professional.
