I knew I needed something more than just PT or even a spa massage. I needed help sorting out the root of the issues and treating the whole body. Don't get it twisted. This is not a relaxing spa type of massage. This is what I like to call the torture but feels good afterwards therapy. I won't stay on a spot when I'm foam rolling if it's too painful, but here, I have to let go of that control and let them work through all the issues. They work the entire chain (it's all connected so if you're feeling pain in your back it could be from you neck and shoulders or even your glutes & hamstrings). Sports massage is not just for athletes, this will help anyone dealing with nagging issues or even to help prevent issues down the road. Though if you are wanting to perform better or feel better as you train, this is an absolute necessity and important self-care. I have worked with several of the therapists here, and they are all phenomenal in their own technique and style, so you can't go wrong with any of them. I especially love how they all consult with you first before going into the therapy so they can hear what's going on and treat you accordingly. There's no way I would have crossed that finish line last December or bounced back as well if not for the incredible team here. Nothing really has changed in that regard. COVID safeguards mostly seem to be gone now. I'm sure they still clean the rooms pretty carefully, and you are always free to wear a mask (or request the therapist wear one) if you wish. We continue to come back because they work out problems. I am able to walk properly because they found and fixed a knot in my foot, and they continue to work on my back, neck, and shoulders. This is the place to come to if you want a therapeutic massage that actually fixes things.

Instead of improving, my condition worsened. My physician believes that the chiropractic adjustments may have contributed to these new and distressing symptoms. Since then, I've had to begin further medical treatments and physical therapy, with costs already exceeding $1,000--and I'm still in pain.
