Feel so good after the Sculpt Pilates work out with Coach Zoe! The gym is beautifully decorated, clean and offers so many different classes that would love to try in the future! The class was perfect, it included core, strength and cardio. I definitely felt this one! read more

Lots of variety offered with multiple classes each day. Everyone is friendly and the teachers are GREAT! I would highly recommend P Core in Mesa. I started with the one month unlimited plan and I plan on signing up for a monthly membership. Love it!! read more

I'm a few months post partum after my 4th child and 3rd pregnancy. I wasn't able to take care of myself after I had my twins and I am trying to make up for that lack of modeled behavior now. I LOVE the workouts, every instructor a Has introduced themselves to me and the community of women who attend is so close knit that many of the women have recognized that I am new, introduced themselves and helped me find and set up my workout spaces in the group classes. I'm enjoying caring for myself and teaching my 4 daughters that using your body and becoming stronger is a form of fun and play, not the diet culture rhetoric of thinking thin. read more

All the instructors are very nice and welcoming! Very friendly environment. The stretch classes are relaxing, while the other classes... you'll definitely feel it the next day! read more

I have been a member of other gyms both small owner owned and the bigger franchises. Hands down I am addicted to Power Core! The owners are high energy talented sisters who have successfully created a space of health, good times, inspiration, and friendship. They hire and train incredible teachers so every class is awesome! I've been coming here for over 2 years. I am on the unlimited membership and take classes 6 days a week. It never gets old. Every class is different and I need that kind of variety in my life.I am physically stronger than I've ever been in my life. I belong to a community of women that I can't wait to see every day. There is never a day when I am tempted to miss the gym because when you absolutely love your gym you're not making excuses to miss!! Love you Power Core! read more

Great experience! Our instructor Iailey was very kind and made the process of learning super easy!

No one is in the lobby, we waited in the lobby for over 45mins to talk to somebody about scheduling a class, no one came out to talk to us. This place is lame. read more

I was hesitant about joining a new studio and getting back into Pilates because it's been a while and my core is not strong, but coming to Power Core Plus has been an amazing experience. I joined using the $145 unlimited new member package so I could get a feel on how often I would come and which classes I like. I even got to try both locations! The instructors are great because they truly lead you through each movement and give you a count so that you are able to stay on track. I'm familiar with a reformer/tower setup but for those that are not, the instructors make it easy to get familiar with it. The workouts are low impact but intense! I do strength training a few times a week and Pilates definitely gives a different kind of burn. For all newcomers, I say try it! Try a class or even try the new member unlimited membership, you'll leave with a stronger core and better posture. read more

I've taken two classes here, each time I felt very lost & didn't find the instructor to be very clear or helpful. I advised her I was new to pilates and had a knee injury. I was not shown how to use the reformer or offered any alternative movements for any of the exercises with my knee. The studio was clean and nicely set up in a convenient location. read more

This place is awesome. I was looking for a place that would help me build strength and supplement my marathon training while visiting Arizona (you can't run in 120 degree weather, even with AC on a treadmill, it is still unbearably hot after 5 miles). This place has the MOST comprehensive core classes that I have ever seen (I live in San Francisco). They offer core reformer, core cardio, core tower and core jumpboard. They also have barre, piyo, tabata and yoga. And childcare for those with kids. With the comprehensive offerings, they offer a lot of classes 6 days of week so there is something for everybody. The studio has high ceilings and strong AC so the mirrors don't steam up with everyone's breathing. It's super clean and the decor is thoughtful and functional. The classes are small and personable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Kinzi and Mataya (sisters) do a great job at running this place and teaching their classes. The introductory offer is $30 (a total steal) for the first week for unlimited classes. You sign up online for your first class, which is free and then you pay at the studio after your first class. I would recommend this over Pure Barre since they offer all the core reformer classes PLUS power barre and more. They are a jack of all trades but do not compromise on the quality of the classes. I look forward to continue classes here when I'm visiting family in AZ (please come to SF!). Sign up now since the classes fill up fast! read more

Can I just tell you that the idea of doing pilates wasn't my jam. I heard they had amazing childcare and with a 7 week old and a 2 year old I loved their system and the girls that helped out. Fast forward to 4 years later and if I miss a class I wanna cry. DONT BE INTIMIDATED!!!!! The people of powercore are the nicest women and it's not a clicky gym. They welcome everyone with open arms and if you aren't in shape and need a modification they help you without feeling stupid like so many other gyms make you feel. I cannot even tell you how many times I've seen one of the girls take care of crying babies so the mom gets a break and isn't pulled away. They have something special that sets them apart from so many gyms...they care! They also do other HIIT style and barre classes, yoga and I think a stretching class now too. read more

One of the most challenging courses I've ever taken... The instructors provide modifications for each work out (beginner, intermediate and difficult level). I love that they walk around and adjust people if necessary. All staff members are very polite and super friendly. Highly recommend trying the New Client pricing for the first time and the New Client first month membership. The workout area layout is well thought out and the place is always kept clean and organized. read more

When visiting Arizona I love to come here! Kinzi is my favorite instructor! I love her style of teaching... she has trained all of her staff amazing and all the instructors I have had have been awesome. I highly recommend powercore! read more

I love this studio so much! The classes are fun, the people are kind, and the instructors have so much energy. My favorite thing about this studio is their kids care. I always worried after dropping my kids off at gym days cares, but I never worry here. The kids care workers are so amazing with my kids and my kids love going. read more

This studio is amazing!! I have been coming here since they opened and for the first time in my life, feel totally excited to work out. There are several classes to choose from, whether you like the group fitness classes (barre, yoga, TRX, bounce) or the reformer classes. Each type of reformer class is different too (circuit, tower, jumpboard, etc). There really is something for everyone! I have taken classes from several of the instructors and I love them ALL! They each bring their own style and personality. Every person there makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Trying something new can be intimidating, but I have always felt encouragement and zero judgement from everyone there. The reason I tried it in the first place was because they offer CHILD CARE!!! It is near impossible to find yoga classes that offer childcare, so this was a huge bonus. No more LA Fitness "gym yoga" for me! And no more wandering the machines at the gym, hoping I'm doing things right. I go in to Power Core for an hour and know that I'm getting a fantastic workout. The reasons I've kept coming for so long, is that the feeling here was so different from any gym I've ever been to. The instructors asked my name and were so friendly. They care that you're there! All of the other people in the classes are friendly as well. It feels comfortable. I also love being able to take a variety of classes. Whether I am looking for more cardio, toning, total body workout, I can find it here. And the classes aren't repetitive. It's a different mix of moves every single class, which keeps it fun and interesting. I would give Power Core a thousand stars, if I could! It truly is an amazing workout, with amazing people. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place! Each work out is completely different and all the trainers are amazing! I started in January 2019 under their intro. month and thought there was no way I would continue after that month (as the price is quite higher than a normal gym), but this is no normal gym! The superior classes they provide justify the little extra I spend on a membership and I hate when I'm not able to make a class. I've tried other Pilates studios (roughly all around the same price) and none compare to Power Core. It's truly an amazing workout and 9 months later, I'm still a loyal customer that's here to stay! read more

I love this gym! The teachers are fantastic, facility clean, everyone is so friendly AND they have childcare! I've been coming for a year now and it's a bit of a drive for me but so worth it. read more

I love this Pilates studio! Every day they do a different style of workout utilizing different types of Pilates equipment, which keeps the classes diverse and fun. Love Power Core Plus and all of their staff! Always something new and great variety of different, unique classes offered. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I am from the DC area and come to Phoenix for Christmas annually where I have some family. Every year, I'm disappointed with the quality of the workout classes that I've tried in the area... until FINALLY this year I found my new home with Kinzi and her incredible staff at Power Core Plus! I took 4 different class formats while I was there (Power Barre, Barre Bounce, Core Reformer Jumpboard, and Core Bounce) and was impressed by all of them. Kinzi has such a magnetic personality, her cues are on point, the classes are always different so you'll never get bored, and she's great about demonstrating the core exercise first, and then offering both a progression and a regression so that literally anyone would be able to do the class and get something out of it. For example, I'm 29 years old and both my younger sister, as well as my 62 year old mother, took all 6 classes with me and everyone was able to take it at their own pace and feel like they got a good workout. I also took classes with Jenna and Tessa and they were both great too. The classes are also smaller in size which is really nice because it makes it less intimidating for newbies and more concentrated for veterans like myself who want personalized challenges. The "bounce" classes use the trampoline, which is a great workout but also incredibly fun! I felt like I blinked and the class was over. The studio is very clean and they offer childcare, which is really wonderful for moms. The kids looked like they were having fun in there too! I can't thank Kinzi and the other PCP girls for taking such good care of my mom, sister and I over the holidays this year. We now have something to look forward to when we come back next year! If I could only get them to open a studio in DC... read more

I love almost every class here. The instructors are great, very knowledgeable, classes for all levels, and I have become obsessed with Pilates now. If you want a good all over workout I would definitely say try it. You will be sore in places you didn't think possible. read more

Living with a chronic health condition I've struggled to find a workout routine that works for me. I've tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, pain medication, and more. I found Power Core and now I'm excited about going to work out and giving my body the love it deserves. Walking in the doors at Power Core, the motivating and positive atmosphere boosts my confidence. From Yoga to Bounce Class to Core Reformer I'm stretching, toning, and strengthening . Amanda's yoga stretch class is an absolute joy. I leave with relaxed muscles and an empowered mind. All of the staff are kind, energetic, and most importantly, they help me do what's best for my body. read more

I've been taking classes here for about 3 months and LOVE it! They have a wide range of workouts and the instructors are great! Stumbled across a post advertising this studio and a 5 day free trial, and I'm glad I did. Great instructors, good mix of classes(reformer, jump board, barre, yoga, etc) and lots of class time options. The website is a little funky but they are very responsive and will send a mindbody link that is easy to use. One word of warning is the childcare room is very close to the studio where barre/yoga classes are held, so when the kids get loud it can be a bit distracting but once you get into the flow of the class you don't notice it as much. I'm sure the moms with little ones love that they offer the childcare. All in all I'm really fond of this studio. read more

There are a variety of classes offered here! I love all of the Pilates classes- Core Reformer, Tower, Circuit, and Jumpboard... They are challenging but WORTH IT. The barre class is really great too, more cardio work but if I can keep up, you can!! I really love the yoga classes as well, I always feel very stretched and invigorated afterwards. All of the teachers are so friendly and really helpful, whether you're a novice or a fitness professional. I would recommend taking from Kinzi for your first time, she's so motivating! They offer so many classes at different times during the day, I have no excuse to miss. I did not like working-out before starting at Power Core Plus, now I don't ever want to go anywhere else. You won't regret taking a class here! read more
