I LOVE the workouts, every instructor a Has introduced themselves to me and the community of women who attend is so close knit that many of the women have recognized that I am new, introduced themselves and helped me find and set up my workout spaces in the group classes. I'm enjoying caring for myself and teaching my 4 daughters that using your body and becoming stronger is a form of fun and play, not the diet culture rhetoric of thinking thin.

Nina introduced herself as the owner and with a contagious smile told me to come check out her place for a two week trial. I went. I sweated and I even cried. I was hooked. The 60 minutes you will spend challenging your body in so many ways. I thought I was strong after going to another local gym for over three years and there are muscles I am finding that I did not ever use before. It is a entire body workout. Time is spent to stretch during the workout which is so important and often forgotten. One of my favorite parts is at the end during the cool down. It is solely focused on you. Your time and only you. Something that so many of us don't do for ourselves. The team motivates you and encourages you to take these 60 minutes and make it all about you. Go. Do it for you. I challenge you to try it!

I've had an extremely hard time committing to exercise since having my last child, but this studio made it feel doable and welcoming. The instructors are truly amazing--so encouraging, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overwhelming. They create such a positive, supportive environment, which makes a huge difference. I informed the person at the front desk as I checked in. The instructor Mel introduced herself and provided me a brief tour of the reformer machine. Through out the class she helped me with spring changes for the reformer. The one issue I came across was with the studio mirrors. They have individual mirrors instead of full wall mirrors and if you sit at the end you may have trouble viewing yourself to check your posture. I would recommend sitting the middle.

But the class before us got out late. Bc of this, we had to stand outside and wait for the class to end which was 10 min after our class was supposed to start. During class the instructor seemed distracted and less than enthusiastic. I saw her on her phone while instructing the class multiple times. She was not encouraging or super helpful with all of the equipment even though she knew it was our first class. Along with this, she made it very clear to the rest of class that it was my sister and I's first class and was saying things like "you might want to do this bc it's your first class" "you might not be strong enough for this" while her mic was on. Which is absurd when you are instructing a fitness class. After class was finished the instructor did not seem interested in us at all. She didn't say bye to us or help clean up.
