Nina introduced herself as the owner and with a contagious smile told me to come check out her place for a two week trial. I went. I sweated and I even cried. I was hooked. The 60 minutes you will spend challenging your body in so many ways. I thought I was strong after going to another local gym for over three years and there are muscles I am finding that I did not ever use before. It is a entire body workout. Time is spent to stretch during the workout which is so important and often forgotten. One of my favorite parts is at the end during the cool down. It is solely focused on you. Your time and only you. Something that so many of us don't do for ourselves. The team motivates you and encourages you to take these 60 minutes and make it all about you. Go. Do it for you. I initially started with a trial during the last week of April, and in May I told Nina that I wanted to cancel. I was told I needed to provide 15 days' notice, which I did. When I was charged again in June, I reached out and was then told the cancellation process could take 45 days and that I might be charged again. I was subsequently charged again in July. When I questioned the additional charge, I was told that sometimes the system does that. Nina told me a refund would be issued for one of the additional months, but as of now, I still have not received that refund. On top of the billing issues, during the time I was attending, I experienced approximately 13 class cancellations. At $209 per month, I expected much more consistency and professionalism from the service. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies and occasional scheduling issues, but my frustration comes from being given different information about the cancellation timeline, continuing to be charged after requesting cancellation, and still waiting months for a refund I was told had been issued. I hope this gets resolved, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

It was such a great experience. The vibes were awesome, the people were super friendly, and the workout definitely kicked my butt in the best way. Jennifer is absolutely insane in the best way. Her classes are not for the faint of heart but if you push through it I promise it will be one of the best workouts you ever had. Over here, I only come for Cecilia's class. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. It's bright, clean, and basic. It's also pretty spacious compared to some of their other locations. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. This parking lot seems to be more plentiful compared to all the other EōS locations I have been to.
