I have been an EOS member since they took over the old Golds Gym location on Gilbert and Baseline. I've done my fair share of group fitness classes but to be honest I have never cared for them much mostly because I don't like being told what to do lol. Jennifer is absolutely insane in the best way. Her classes are not for the faint of heart but if you push through it I promise it will be one of the best workouts you ever had. Her playlist is super fun, she engages with the class and remembers names and encourages you to sing or give a woot woot. 10/10 would recommend Jennifer Roberts to anyone needing a challenging fun workout that has you coming back for more!

I don't think they have enough classes or room for the memberships. They are selling at this point. Also, when you join, understand that when you cancel, they require you to pay for one extra month so be prepared for that if you miss the fine print when you join.

Elysia was amazing--her energy and the way she guided us through the flow with poses, visualization, and sound made the class both grounding and uplifting. The second hour was really special. She led a plant-inspired workshop that tied self-care and growth to how we nurture plants. Some people brought things to share, which added to the sense of community and connection afterwards. Sure the equipment may not be as modern as the other lifetimes, buts it's 1/2 the price. The equipment btw is still better than most Mountainsides... EOS... etc. I couldn't be happier with this gym. Over here, I only come for Cecilia's class. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. It's bright, clean, and basic. It's also pretty spacious compared to some of their other locations. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. This parking lot seems to be more plentiful compared to all the other EōS locations I have been to.
