Dang it has been close to 3 years of Casey fixing what i break. I have been negligent .. not getting regular deep tissue massage for several months .. at least. Finally got back in on Wed. Feeling great. Killed my shoulders but had an amazing arm workout today. Hoping this does not overwrite my original review. read more

I had an amazing massage. They are very thorough and great at listening. Very nice and clean rooms too. I will definitely be back!

While on vacation, I booked a massage at Resilience. We were a party of five, and they accommodated us all at the same time. I was very thankful for that. When we went to the appointment, they greeted us with water and were extremely friendly and thoughtful. We all came out saying it was the best massage we've had in a very long time! Thank you Resilience for making our visit memorable!! read more

Great experience and good pricing too. I have been trying to find a place that didn't cost so much and provided a good massage. This was that place for me. Worth driving 30 minutes. I get bad headaches and my lady taught me about the connection of headaches with tight calves. Ever since, I have massaged my calves every time I feel a headache coming on and it has taken care of it. I appreciated that she also didn't push conversation unless I initiated it. read more

Absolute hidden gem. Julia deserves six stars she is so intuitive with her massages it's like a symphony at the beginning and then she really gets into your trouble areas. The price is also absolutely right here so I make sure to way over tip. The best part is you can go online and book your own appointment. Enjoy and thanks Julia!!! read more

Resilience Massage and Movement - Massage Therapy Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This is the second time I have gone and both have been really great experiences. I definitely would recommend it to others. Owners are very hands on and help out when needed and the over all experience could not be better. I am super pick on what I like because I am a massage therapist as well but I have gotten two different therapist now you definitely have to find the type of massage you like every therapist has there own way of massaging but I say try each one I have not had a bad therapist yet. read more

Excellent 90 minute massage after a morning 25k race. Athena was amazing and worked to release all my tight spots (especially my shoulders). If I'm in the Mesa area again I'll definitely come back for another one. read more

I have been visiting Mesa for a month to take a course at a training center. My back built up so much tension through the month, it was difficult for me to sleep. I scheduled a massage with Athena for the day after I finished the course. Since she worked on it, my back has felt like new. I wish I lived in Mesa and could see her regularly as my massage therapist! read more

Cassandra is amazing! I have always heard people rave about how good they felt after getting a message, but I kept putting off getting a massage for myself - it was something new, I was put off by membership programs, I thought it would be an uncomfortable experience, blah, blah, blah. I am so glad I finally made an appointment at Resilience. I've been there two months in a row now and I have only wonderful things to say about Cassandra and her business. Cassandra is such a warm, friendly person. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained everything and even shared some thoughts that I wouldn't have seen on my own. She has a nice selection of essential oils if you want them, relaxing music and the atmosphere is calm, clean and inviting. I can't wait to go back again. read more

My masseuse, Casey, was AMAzing. He was very cordial and attentive to my needs. He explained how what he was doing would help my specific needs. Go to Resilience or you're missing out! read more

I see Athena for my relaxation massages, she is super sweet & amazing! Then for my migraines and shoulder I see Cassandra, she provides be an additional layer of care on top of my neurologist. I have suffered from migraines for 20+ years and keep a massage therapist as part of my treatment plan. She from the first time I saw here provided relief. It took me a few years to stumble on this place after moving here. I tried many others in the area & this place is by far the best. They say try something 3 times before you make a decision I did not need 3. From my first visit here I have been pleased. Everyone is super nice! read more

Originally booked an appointment for my sister and I to get massages; the first time, we had to reschedule due to our work schedules and then on the day of the appointment (March 12), her partner was attacked by a dog and we had to reschedule once more. A week before our appointment, she found out she was pregnant, so I called to find out if that would affect our massages. The employee I spoke with (name withheld) said they would reach out to Cassandra, their prenatal therapist and make sure it was okay. IF they could NOT perform the massage, someone would reach out to me before the end of the business day. Never got a call. The day of the appointment (March 19), we arrive and we're filling out the forms beforehand. There's a section on the form that asks where you would like to NOT be touched- I (and my sister) select a few things- i.e., buttocks, face, pecs, and feet. When I come out of the bathroom, I'm pulled aside by a therapist who then asks me if I'm sure I don't want those touched. I say yes and walk back to the waiting room. Immediately, I hear her to say to the other therapists, "Well, what are we supposed to massage then?" There's a back and forth exchange between them about what exactly they're gonna do, before they finally come up to us and tell my sister she can't get a massage because she's not far enough along. I, then, tell them I spoke with an employee a week prior to the booking and that they never reached out to me, saying it couldn't be done. A therapist proceeds to say, "Well, we can call [name redacted] and ask them about it." You clearly can't perform the massage, so how is calling this employee I spoke to going to change that? I canceled my appointment and declined rescheduling for a future date. I understand "mix ups" and "miscommunication", but it sounds like there was absolutely NO communication done whatsoever. read more

Wonderful place with excellent services! Really great therapists and wonderful people!

This was my first time here for a massage. I was able to get in right away which was a God send, as I was desperately in need of some body work. Super tight all around due to a little mishap the other day. Back went into a little spasm and my body went into protection mode. Casey did an outstanding job. He was attentive, respectful, sensitive to my most pressing issues, explained things as we were moving along, and he did not rush things which gave my muscles time to warm up before going deeper into the tightness itself. I felt much more open when I left. Comfortable atmosphere. Close to my home. Quality service. I definitely recommend. (Dani P) read more

Casey and Cassandra were absolutely wonderful! I just came out from a double appointment for my mother and I and we were both so impressed and wish we had time for a longer massage! The environment was one of the best we've both been in- clean, cute, incredibly simple and relaxed. They were very professional and concerned with meeting both of our needs. This was the best thing we could have done a week before my wedding! read more

I have been receiving massages for years and never really found anyone that quite got deep enough or worked out the areas that were causing me discomfort, even after many appointments. Casey was amazing, told him my tight and sore muscle areas and right away he identified the areas ofy body that were super tight causing the discomfort in the other areas. The pressure applied was perfect and he would explain what was causing the discomfort and ask if the pressure was okay. Not to mention that their prices are amazing. I love that they are not a chain and they are very personable. Won't go anywhere else! read more

Great massage by Casey! Very professional, well trained, and knowledgeable! Plus, he's a super nice guy!

"Absolutely outstanding massage every single time. They customize the massage for your needs. Appointment set up is very easy. This is an excellent place to get your massages - you won't go anywhere else once you visit them." read more

Flew into town to visit a friend and had painful tension starting mid back up through neck and jaw, resulting in a terrible headache. Cassandra was amazing. What I liked was her knowledge of the muscles. She hit the spot immediately. She gave a solid strong massage and educated me on some stretches to help. The other things I loved was the hot stones and aroma therapy. She has a mix of essential oils that are great for headaches. Best massage I've ever had and very kind, caring service. read more
