Had a key made for my truck and it couldn't be programmed with my remote start. Had to go to Berlin Mart and have another key made and it worked great. I tried to get a refund and Haddon Locksmith will not give me a refund. They tried to blame everyone else. I payed almost $80 and pay only $40 at Berlin mart. Stay away. read more

They called before they came. Showed up on time, did amazing work, even fully cleaned the work area to the point where not a spec was showing. They installed two new locks for me. Cleaned up the doors so they closed better. Asked if I had the paint to match the door so they could do the touch ups. Then rekeyed the locks to the same set of key, which I was going to ask for but didn't have to. Then made me copies that worked the first time!! Take that home crapo. Remote key programming. They took the remote key I brought in and decided to cut it without determining if the key would program correctly. After (not before)they could not program the key, they told me there was an attempted programming charge. So I had to pay an attempted programming charge and a key charge and have what is now a useless remote key which cannot be returned. Before me, they were yelling at another customer. I used them to change the locks on my new place. I didn't know any locksmiths in the area I was moving to. But I saw their rating here and took a chance. It paid off! The whole process, from the first call to booking a time to getting the locks changed was seamless. They were professional and helpful the couple times we talked. Rob, came and changed my locks on both doors and my garage quickly. Aand was masked and practiced social distancing. This was a must for me. Over the phone, I arranged to get a new remote key for my car. Paid in advance, because they needed to backorder it. My friend took the car to their place to program the remote key. I found out later on they sold me an used key. I could have bought a new one for a lot less. Asked if i could bring a new one, they would honor the exchange, but they wanted to charge me again for programming the new one. So i decided to stick with the old one for now. Wow!! Haddon Locksmith is amazing. I called for service on everything in my new home, doors, basement, garage, etc. They sent out John, who arrived an hour later and took care of everything so fast!
