Days later, when my trunk unexpectedly stopped working, Abraham traveled from New Jersey to my home in Philadelphia, fixed the issue promptly, and didn't charge me anything extra. First of all Mark answered the phone when I called at 8:15pm even though he lists hours until 7pm. That's a man who wants your business. We arranged to come out the next day around 6:30pm, again accommodating my unusual work schedule. He was there less than an hour and had to realign the eye sensors ( I thought I had done that already to no avail). He even lubricated all three doors even though the others we're working fine.
