With a brand new battery in and tested he walked the dog. But he couldn't get back in! We both immediately concurred, call CLC Locksmiths! Don answered the phone and could hear panic in my neighbors voice. Don explained that the electronics in the unit start to go and begin to eat batteries. Wow! It was agreed that a new unit was needed. Don requested a text photo of the existing unit and responded that they had one left on the shelf! Within minutes Don was there! He replaced the old unit and programmed it perfectly for use. Top notch materials and labor! Not to mention his many years in the business with a local family owned shop that has been here for many years! And if Don doesn't come out you may get one of the owners to service you! Yeah, they're not afraid to get their hands dirty! A reasonable $94 service call to come out, and labor and materials was "expensive" but hey, we are living in horrendously inflationary times (2024) and you know to live in New Jersey is not for the faint of heart nor weak of pocketbook! It was totally worth it for such emergency service and high quality results. Don is a fantastic guy and he should be taking great pride that he is such a big help in time of need! For all your locksmith needs call CLC Locksmiths 24/7. But remember if it's after business hours have a heart and be sure it's a real emergency! Don wants to see the game too!

Despite the extreme heat, he stayed focused, professional, and made sure both keys were programmed perfectly before he left. Days later, when my trunk unexpectedly stopped working, Abraham traveled from New Jersey to my home in Philadelphia, fixed the issue promptly, and didn't charge me anything extra. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication were outstanding . In my opinion, Abraham is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have. I'd easily see him leading a whole department & mentoring other technicians under detailed work ethic. Highly recommend ProKeys Locksmith, and if you're lucky enough to get Abraham, you're in great hands.

ZERO STARS is what this company should receive!!! I am telling you now do not waste your money…read more They have 4.9 stars because they call their customers, refund money and beg them to change their reviews or have friends and family do reviews. Well I'm not changing nor taking down my review this time! You screwed my door up, the paddle handle that did work before two of their technicians came out and now does not work at all! They are trying to tell me its my door. Hmmm...how come it worked prior to you changing a lock?? Your technicians are so unprofessional they don't even tell you they are leaving and that there is a problem and they weren't able to fix it. BTW, if they are charging you a 4% service fee on your credit card like they tried to do to me the first time, it is not legal, UNLESS THEIR BANK IS CHARGING THEM 4%! Once you call them out on it, they will call you back and drop the fee. That's right, my bill started out at $1,085 and once I posted a bad review the owner called, asked me to change my review, took $700 off my bill offered a 4 year warranty, told me he was firing the tech, because he rips people off and I wasn't the first, that he had problems with him. Guess who the first tech was that came to the office today? Yup the one that was supposedly fired! Now going to try to tell me it's the door?? Do I look like I am stupid? This company is shady and lies! BTW PRO LOCKS, my next call is the Better Business Bureau! SEE MY ORIGINAL GOOGLE REVIEW IN THE PHOTO! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY LIE AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

He was there less than an hour and had to realign the eye sensors ( I thought I had done that already to no avail). He even lubricated all three doors even though the others we're working fine. I would definitely recommend this company.

He provided a quote to add a deadbolt to our door and re-key it to an existing key. The price was slightly better than two other competitors on yelp, and Chris had more reviews and a five star rating, so went with him. I wasn't disappointed! Chris was able to come out THAT DAY and add the deadbolt we wanted, as well as fix the door handle so that it better aligned with the door jam and was able to close properly (an existing issue we had since we bought the house). He also filed down the pins in the new deadbolt because it was slightly different than the key we wanted it to match. He very well could have just told us that we had to deal with two separate keys, but instead, went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. While he was there, I asked what he would charge to come back another day and fix three other doors that were a little bit hard to close. Instead, he ended up providing a discount price and fixing all three that night. Our doors and locks are now all in perfect order, and it didn't take all that much out of my wallet. Really appreciated the professionalism, the good price, and Chris's willingness to explain exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. Would not hesitate to recommend or to hire again!
