I called to have a key repaired/ removed. The woman answered and I said how are you ( being cordial) I was over talked and she said how can I help you. I repeated , how are you she says how can I help you even louder. ......... Ok I said I need to have a key repaired that's stuck in ignition. She immediately says oh , we don't do that. I said do what. She said we don't come out to cars. I said no problem, it's a race car and I can have it brought over on my trailer. She then, in a louder tone says oh we don't do that either. It must be driven in or else we won't do it. I repeated that it can't be driven on the road, or at least tried to. She cut me off and said we won't help you here. If this is the customer service you receive on a regular basis, I don't see how this place is in business. She was RUDE and down right ignorant ! Not necessarily near where I live. But definitely worth the 35-40 minute drive to have chipped keys and remote pads for cars to be replaced or purchase additional ones. I've been coming to Floods for roughly 30 years. The people that manage and work here are knowledgeable in every way when it comes to keys, remote pads, and batteries. One of their servicemen, bald and heavyset, thought it was appropriate to speak to a paying customer disrespectfully and then when told that his behavior was inappropriate he told myself and my husband "if we don't like his attitude we can get the *expletive* out." Easiest experience I've had. Went in and explained that I needed a 2nd key fob for my car. A very nice woman told me what I needed to do. I waited outside in my car for a few minutes awaiting a spot to open up. Once it did, I pulled up and headed back in to the shop. STAY AWAY ran by a extremely unpleasant woman with a terrible attitude came in for a simple key noticed she was going to cut a key that was not all metal when I nicely said I would like the all metal key because I'm afraid the plastic will break when I'm at work she said that she has already started cutting the key but she did not it was only clamped in the machine, which takes two seconds of her time instead of taking it out and giving me the key that I asked for she said I already started it and then proceeded to cut it once she had it all cut she forced me to buy it what a terrible way to treat people and liars she obviously can't handle the weekend rush her attitude towards the customers reflects that read more

Right when I was going to tell her what my father needed, she immediately cut me off saying that she's not going to service him with me translating for him on the phone. While changing the battery in my keyless entry for a Subaru, a tiny spring dropped and disappeared. My car key would not stay locked in the remote and fell out continuously. Went to the dealership service dept. $600 to order a new remote and $140 to program it. Nope. I was told about Flood by manager when i then went to T-Mobile to update a new phone. Brought disassembled remote to their shop. Opens a drawer, sorts through some remotes. pulls out a spring, cuts it to size, puts my remote together. Key stays intact. How much I ask.
