I repeated , how are you she says how can I help you even louder. ......... Ok I said I need to have a key repaired that's stuck in ignition. She immediately says oh , we don't do that. I said do what. She said we don't come out to cars. I said no problem, it's a race car and I can have it brought over on my trailer. She then, in a louder tone says oh we don't do that either. It must be driven in or else we won't do it. I repeated that it can't be driven on the road, or at least tried to. She cut me off and said we won't help you here. If this is the customer service you receive on a regular basis, I don't see how this place is in business. She was RUDE and down right ignorant ! We all have bad days but don't greet potential customers if it's your day. Negative stars are appropriate right now however I can't do that !!!!!

First of all Mark answered the phone when I called at 8:15pm even though he lists hours until 7pm. That's a man who wants your business.
