I'm a 38 year Union Carpenter, so I understand the business. What I thought was standard practice on building a fence was nowhere close to Mitch's standard. We went with the board over board privacy fence with the 2x6 cap and 8" kicker board, the Postmaster galvanized posts were installed rather than 4x4 post. I simply could not be happier. Mitch also fabricated the steel gates, along with steel posts that were welded, sand blasted and powder coated, with redwood tongue and grove picket inlay. He also built my neighbors gates. Every detail was followed up on. Finished the door this week, replaced everything, and so far, everything great. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work for the phone, but that's probably an issue with my house than with James. He def tried to make it work!! Overall I can't say enough good things about James, his professionalism and service. And I feel confident if I have any issues, questions, problems, he'll be there to resolve them. I would def highly recommend Victory for your garage door repair or replacement. I am very pleased with the quality of everything. Continued success wished!!!

I got a call and the tech said he would be there between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. At 1:30 another guy called and said he would arrive between 2:00 and 4:00pm. I told him that someone else already had called and he said that was ok. I went out to the garage and started messing with the door thinking I could fix it myself self and that was a waste of time. While I was in the garage another guy called and said he could come and fix the door and would stop between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. I said wait a minute, 2 other guys already called me and said they were coming to fix my door, he said that's Ok. I asked him what he was go to charge me. He said only $29.00 service fee plus labor and parts. I asked him what he was going to do. He said he was going to take off the torsion springs and grease the pulleys and inspect the cables and replace if necessary. Also readjust the door tracks. Around a 2 hour job. He told me all this without even looking at my door. I said Don't come here to my house I want to cancel all appointments. Call your company and tell them not to send anyone to my address! I then called the number of Victory Garage Doors, a company in West Deptford NJ several miles away. James answered the phone: (now it's 3:35pm Sunday afternoon) he said I am grocery shopping right now are you near West Deptford? I said yes. He said I can be there between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. I said I'll see you then. At 5:15 pm on a Sunday James arrived. I sat on a chair in the garage and James immediately went to work on the door. He released tension on the torsion springs and reset the cables on the spools. Put tension back on the springs. He worked methodically and with precision. He adjusted the tracks and added a little more tension to the door load. He said that would make the door glide smoother and not be so jerky going up and down and he was right. My door runs smoother and quieter than it ever did. When I looked at my watch, he had did all this and it was 5:46 pm. He even adjusted the sensors and sprayed the springs with lubricant. Victory Garage Doors Great Service Great Quality Workmanship Great Value. Call James!
