Despite having challenges with the weather, changes in team composition, and an unexpected repair of a sprinkler pipe (our fault for not pointing it out earlier), Maka and team paid attention to details, respected our property (e.g., they covered our window and told us to move our car when they were mixing cement), cleaned up at the end of the day, and even went so far as to coil up our water hose and rinse down mud tracks on our lawn. On the final day, the team went the extra mile and wiped down the vinyl panels to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can't say enough - this team was simply awesome! Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. They patched and painted from the inside and since they had their ladder out we went ahead and had them paint the whole living room, dining room, bathroom, and office. The whole process took about a week. We have high vaulted ceilings and a lot of square footage so I was really nervous about picking 5 colors with only a few days to decide. I went down to Sherwin myself because of the crunch time and met with Paka's associate at herwin and thank goodness, she was so helpful. I ended up picking 4 colors and making my own(you can do that) for the main fill color. At times I could see some things looked unfinished like the patch work and the edges but just be patient because they cleaned it all up really nice. I added a bunch of stuff last minute too, you know, like a small demo(I know, I'm terrible), and they still accommodated my needs and got it done quickly. As a realtor I'm very picky about recommending contractors but they did a great job for us personally aaaaand they're licensed, bonded, and insured but please verify for yourself. Will definitely have more work for them. Very impressed.
