LSK took care of all the drawings & permits from DPP I didn't have to anything but sign a few papers He even worked with me on my payment schedule which was really helpful. The office staff returned our call right away. She was very friendly and got me connected with Tevita, the owner. Tevita is very thorough and meticulous. We wanted retaining walls in front and at the back of our house, part CMU part vinyl for our fence on the side of the house, concrete sidewalk, and extended back patio. Tevita listened attentively to what we wanted, offered his professional opinion, then went over what he planned to do. He was almost always present whenever they worked on our project. He has a lot of pride at what he does and it reflects on his work. When we were particular about some things, Tevita respected our wishes and he ensured to deliver. From talking stories with him, it became more apparent that each project he did, he did as if it's for his own property. His crew was very respectful and friendly as well. His business is very much family oriented as his wife even checked out their work on our house. We were very hesitant in getting our wall and fence project done because it's hard to find responsive and trustworthy contractors. We are so glad we went with LSK.

The young men were very hardworking, polite and respectful to us and each other. Work crew very neat - cleaned up work area every day, soaked up concrete water w/sponges, wiped up excess concrete when setting tile. We were impressed and appreciated the hard work, attention to detail and kind spirit these young men brought. ***** to Jackson and his masonry crew but I deducted stars because it took more than 2 weeks for the fencing crew to correct a fencing error.

I immediately received a template email saying someone would call me the next business day; which would have been Monday. Monday came and went, so I responded to the email in the afternoon. No response. I called in the late afternoon and left a message. No response. I called again today (Tuesday) and left another message. No response. Wow, for such great reviews I would have thought I'd at the very least get a response, an email reply, a return phone call; something. Very disappointed and it would make one wonder how their work would turn out if they can't even accomplish this very simple task of getting back to people.

Excess concrete in front yard near gate not cleaned up. Excess concrete was dumped in river rocks in front yard, another cleanup not done. Dirt, rocks (gravel-which was supposed to be hauled away according to written agreement), and concrete pieces piled against concrete and grass all around house, - not what we paid for. Most of the gravel was spread everywhere by the team - including all over remaining grass in places it never was before, now someone has to remove all the rocks. Beer cans were left in my yard by team, maybe allowing workers to drink on the job lends to yard destruction. One member of the team decided to urinate in the corner of backyard. Concrete residue and dirt were left all over in front of house, no attempt was made to cleanup. Team left mud and mud prints on sidewalks road and in neighbor's yard. Work completed by this company's team needs a lot of improvement. Ask me about the concrete - I would rate good, only time will tell. But be prepared to have your yard and paint on your house if you hire this team.
