He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.

They charged my in laws 25,000 for a new unit where it was a supposed SPECTACULAR AND UP TO PAR BY FAR unit and yet, once a week, we've had to call and tell them it's broken again. They have technician crews who WILL rip holes into your air ducts system, so when you need that cold air the most, all you have to do is walk up the attic and it'll be at-least 40 degrees in it while the rest of the house is at-least 90 degrees. But don't worry! They will not tell you about the rip or try and replace it at that moment. Professional scam artists, absolute liars, and lazy LAZY workers, extremely toxic and selfish as well. We will be filing with the BBB and state attorney over this "company".
